Asked for the $6.99 meal deal and they charged me full price for the sub and got no drink or chip, and then when I asked for everything that comes on an teriyaki chicken, they gave me literally every sauce and topping ingredient, store was packed so I was unable to see them get made per usual

The “manager” David is very rude, and should not be a manager anywhere. But I would probably be grumpy too, if I were 70 working at Subway.

I get subs here quite often and they are always excellent. Always the right amount of toppings. Service is either solid, or really great. Sam (I think that is her name) is usually there and is always quick and pleasant to deal with.

With it being a sub place, people are naturally going to freak out about one corner of a piece of lettuce being slightly brown. I eat here all the time, I've never been sick after eating it, and my food always tastes great. Will be back soon.

This is not the Subway to go to. Susan is a horrible worker and the only worker kid didn't even know how to do anything. 7 ppl standing in line and Susan is squirting bread in the back. Tried to skip my husband's sub, when I had already paid.
I was over charged and not given a recipet either.
Just go to a different subway. They suck.

Just went to this subway for some sandwiches and was given raw bacon and had both of my subs made completely wrong and got so much attitude for trying to correct her on my toppings. If I’m paying for it then I don’t think it’s wrong to want it to be made right or for my food to not be raw. Really disappointed honestly.

This place is small but staff is friendly. Will be back most definitely. The worker was by herself handling the rush very well. She was polite and courteous to all the customers.

Samantha was very rude to my special needs cousin. She seemed very lazy and like she didn't want to do her job. Multiple customers walked out in the half hour it took to get 2 subs. Door dash had to wait because she had so much going on. I understand them only having one server available or on shift, but her attitude torwds customers and the public while on the job is unacceptable. Very rude, very unprofessional. She's just waiting to go home. She's enough to stop my business here forsure.

I called and ordered a rotisserie chicken foot-long and I was told there’s no phone orders. I have to come in or place my order online so I go up there just to be told they have no rotisserie chicken. Thanks guy on the phone, you could’ve told me that..

I do not write reviews often, but, this must be said. The vegetables were all browned and so dry they shriveled. Pickles were mixed in the cucumbers. Our service was not only slow, but I was given attitude when asking for avocado (the container was full of brown crusted residue) she still put it on my sandwich and reused the scooper after waiting for a coworker to refill it for her. I’m not one to care about oxidized veggies, what set me off was the lack of hospitality, care, and haste. My sandwich was toasted and I wasn’t even able to eat it warm. I’ve been in customer service for five years now and have had better workers at McDonalds than the grown woman serving us today. I will be letting my friend and family know to avoid this location. Yikes.

I waited in line for 25 minutes while one guy was there working on bread with me plus 4 other people standing in line. Also he chose to work on door dash and online orders before taking care of the people right In front of him. My sandwich had more cheese than steak and like 4 black olives. I have never seen this here before but I will not be coming back.
