The only reason I will continue to come to this subway is because of degan he was very polite and respectful this subway is truly lucky to have an employee like him.

I get subs here quite often and they are always excellent. Always the right amount of toppings. Service is either solid, or really great. Sam (I think that is her name) is usually there and is always quick and pleasant to deal with.
With it being a sub place, people are naturally going to freak out about one corner of a piece of lettuce being slightly brown. I eat here all the time, I've never been sick after eating it, and my food always tastes great. Will be back soon.

This is not the Subway to go to. Susan is a horrible worker and the only worker kid didn't even know how to do anything. 7 ppl standing in line and Susan is squirting bread in the back. Tried to skip my husband's sub, when I had already paid.
I was over charged and not given a recipet either.
Just go to a different subway. They suck.

Just went to this subway for some sandwiches and was given raw bacon and had both of my subs made completely wrong and got so much attitude for trying to correct her on my toppings. If I’m paying for it then I don’t think it’s wrong to want it to be made right or for my food to not be raw. Really disappointed honestly.
Closed at 830pm when online and door stickers say 10pm? Yikes
This place is small but staff is friendly. Will be back most definitely. The worker was by herself handling the rush very well. She was polite and courteous to all the customers.
Samantha was very rude to my special needs cousin. She seemed very lazy and like she didn't want to do her job. Multiple customers walked out in the half hour it took to get 2 subs. Door dash had to wait because she had so much going on. I understand them only having one server available or on shift, but her attitude torwds customers and the public while on the job is unacceptable. Very rude, very unprofessional. She's just waiting to go home. She's enough to stop my business here forsure.
I called and ordered a rotisserie chicken foot-long and I was told there’s no phone orders. I have to come in or place my order online so I go up there just to be told they have no rotisserie chicken. Thanks guy on the phone, you could’ve told me that..
I do not write reviews often, but, this must be said. The vegetables were all browned and so dry they shriveled. Pickles were mixed in the cucumbers. Our service was not only slow, but I was given attitude when asking for avocado (the container was full of brown crusted residue) she still put it on my sandwich and reused the scooper after waiting for a coworker to refill it for her. I’m not one to care about oxidized veggies, what set me off was the lack of hospitality, care, and haste. My sandwich was toasted and I wasn’t even able to eat it warm. I’ve been in customer service for five years now and have had better workers at McDonalds than the grown woman serving us today. I will be letting my friend and family know to avoid this location. Yikes.

I waited in line for 25 minutes while one guy was there working on bread with me plus 4 other people standing in line. Also he chose to work on door dash and online orders before taking care of the people right In front of him. My sandwich had more cheese than steak and like 4 black olives. I have never seen this here before but I will not be coming back.

i placed an online order here today around 12pm (it wasn’t busy and i think i saw one other person ) on the way back from an appointment they forgot over half of the ingredients of the sandwich and chips and the drink which luckily i noticed and ran back in to get unfortunately i did not notice the rest. i got home and realized called the store and the assistant manager Sam answered i told her about what happened and she asked me to bring it up there and i told her it was 50 minutes away and she said she would put it in a book i told her there was no way id be back up there anytime soon she said “i was not the one to make the sandwich” but how does that excuse anything? i usually never complain but missing the pickles, cucumber, and the cheese off of 5 ingredient sandwich? i had to say something i asked if she could just refund my card since i can’t come up there and she said “if you come up here i can refund you i can’t do refunds over the phone” i asked how that would work if i can’t come up there and she literally said “um i don’t know, what do you want me to do over the phone?” i said “is there anything you can do over the phone?” and she hung up. tried to call corporate but that seems impossible just save your money and get something somewhere else.
After the location on Imlay City Rd closed this location became my go to Subway spot. However, I was l went there to get a sandwich av week or so ago and they were out of onions, which I didn't understand exactly why, but stuff happens, so I rolled with it. I went in today to get a sub and they were out of onions again! As well as jalapeños! It's a sandwich place and shouldn't be running out of these items imo. Hopefully this issue gets fixed or I'll have to find another spot to get my sandwich fix. Very disappointing.
UPDATE: I stopped in to get my usual order we've been getting 1-2x a week for 5 years. But apparently extra extra mayo is no longer allowed? The employee was very rude telling me "we're not allowed to give extra extra mayo" and tried to give me mayo packs which my wife does not like the taste of. So I left without the food. Customer service at this store is SEVERELY lacking. I left and went to another sub shop and got exactly what I wanted with no hassle whatsoever. I will NEVER visit this location again.

We saw the ad for $6.99 footlongs if you used the app. Both my husband and I couldn't get the app to work. So we went to our local subway and told the girl working in the front Sarah about us having trouble with the app for the $6.99 deal. She told us that a lot of people had trouble and that she would just discount them for $6.99 for us. She started making the subs and her co worker Sam, finished up the subs. Sam rung us up and told us the total which was not $6.99 per sub. We told her they are supposed to be $6.99. She said that location didn't even have that deal and that we had to use the app. We ended up paying for the subs, but we will never be back. We will go to the Walmart subway from now on. That only reason we were getting subway is because we saw the ad and it was a good price. Very disappointed.
