get that this Subway is located inside a Walmart, but that shouldn't mean quality and care are completely forgotten. I ordered a TOASTED American Club—just meat and cheese—but what I got was a sandwich with soft, barely warmed bread and bacon so limp it shouldn't even be called bacon.

The employees clearly don't care—about the food, the customers, or the store. And honestly, that's become the standard in just about every establishment I've stepped into in Louisiana. No pride, no effort, no urgency.

Today, popcorn was all over the floor. The person in charge of it? Standing there doing nothing. The whole atmosphere is miserable. You’d be lucky to even see an employee when you walk in, let alone one who looks like they want to be there.

they messed up our order. it was dripping water out of the subs and they didn’t put mustard on one of them when there was supposed to be extra. will still come back but please do better and not rush though it

Why are the employees always so miserable? The last employee wouldn't even look me in the eye or try to hide his disdain for customers. 20 minutes to make 2 subs and he was muttering under his breath and rolling his eyes the entire time. I love Subway but I'm not going back so I can eat hate sandwiches and feel guilty for purchasing lunch.

Ordered online because I’m at work. I clearly and specifically asked for my items to be cut up in my salad. I don’t have a knife at work!!! Yet, they didn’t adhere to the instructions.

My husband and I walked in to order a few subs for dinner. The employee never said hi or nothing. So I said Hi and he still said nothing. I refuse to order anything. I'm sorry your employee was having a bad night but maybe someone needs to talk to him.

All the vegetables on the subs was not fresh. Bun was super thin,so much
dressing it was soggy.

Do not go here. Health department needs to be called. Flies everywhere and worker making food has full beard .

The bread for my sandwich was old chewy and hard. Same thing with the foot long pretzel hard not soft at all. Will never eat there again !!

Ordered online. They left out 75% of the ingredients on 2 subs, some of which we we paid extra for. Didn't toast either and left out the cheese on 1. Also added sauce no one asked for on one in an amount which was overkill. Also we ordered over 2 hours before closing and it wasn't busy. No one was in there when I picked up. Worst subs we've ever paid for from subway. Hadn't been to this location in a few years so was unaware it had gotten that bad.
