Waited over 30mins in the lobby for two beefy five layers. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering because this looks like a real problem for this place

I saw the workers in there and they were taking their sweet ass time. The line was wrapped around the building.

Just sat in there waiting for my online order. It was not on the shelf but said it was done. The staff, including the manager, were screaming at the top of their lungs like children, everyone sitting outside in the dining room and uncomfortable and commented on their crazy behavior as well. Only to find out my food was sitting in the back, NOT under a warmer the whole time I was waiting. Absolutely crazy. Took 15 minutes for a worker to ask me why I was there.

Staff today was exceptionally awful. Everyone that ordered something has to come back up for a missing item, including myself. Ordered a chicken quesadilla. There's barely any chicken in it and they completely skipped the sauce on it. It's not even edible. On top of all that, I ordered twenty minutes in advance and it still wasn't done when I got there. This is the second time it's been this bad. I won't be going back.

These employees seem like they are ALWAYS going through it. The biggest sighs, the exasperated tones... Listen... This is not me bitching about the employees. They clearly need support. Whether that's from management or corporate, I don't know.
The wait times and exhausted employees will improve when there is support. That 4th star is for the employees that keep going and keep the store running.

Came through at 8 pm was not told of any sort of wait ordered 2 drinks and sat in like for 30 minutes. Very poor service I understand if you’re short staffed but being a fast food restaurant they should be able to keep the drive thru moving. They’re is also parking spots that they could pull people into. Overall I feel the employees need to be trained better on handling the drive thru.

It would be great if you actually got cheese on your tacos. They are so stingy with the cheese that you can barely find any on your food. This happens every time I go in there and even when I order extra cheese, there’s hardly any on there but I get to pay an extra $.75. No toilet paper in the bathroom today either.

Watching the workers prepare food here is like watching paint dry. There is no excuse to move this slow when they don't even take physical orders anymore. I watched the workers literally move around so slow looking like they all smoked a bowl on break. One lady took her sweet time putting on gloves (without washing her hands first) and touch the outside of her gloves before putting them on. Disgusting. Meanwhile, the drive thru and lobby is packed. I wish management would show up right now.

Corporate really needs to step in here! after reading every recent review, I wasn’t surprised in the slightest that they all agree. I just don’t understand how this location is drastically different from the Metamora or Davison one. Even the imlay city one! I can understand long wait times due to being understaffed but somehow the food never fails to be incredibly poorly made. I’m not sure if it’s management failing to properly train their staff, or if the manager themselves were poorly trained and lack the proper knowledge on what it takes to make even a remotely decent item of food and that lack of knowledge translates into their staff. I’ve yet to receive a single item that comes anywhere close to what the other locations offer. The portions are unbelievably beyond stingy. I can understand the growing push to reduce portion sizes but when I can drive twenty minutes down the road in either direction and everything is nearly doubled, even tripled at times, in size, I think this location has a massive issue. I’m sorry, but when you get an ice cold bag of food that is a measly few scraps on a tortilla, you begin to question everything about why this location is failing so miserably and consistently. I will say, the ladies that handle the cash register are very kind and you can tell they are absolute sweethearts but that can only take a fast food chain so far.

I just got home with our order after driving a half hour, and its quite obvious they ran out of beef because these frauds made our stuff with potatoes instead of beef on 4 of the tacos and my nacho bell grandè had 2 scoops of beans and literally like a teaspoon of beef. Reference the photo for proof. Can't make this level of carelessness up. Why be dishonest taco bell? Seems like a management issue as the culture at this location seems to be careless, frustrated, and very unprofessional.
