I only write this review because im sick of throwing away food and having to get it replaced. Their taco and other shells are consistently rancid. You can smell it when you open the package. Really sad. This is why I dont eat taco bell much. This reaffirms my reason not to go here. Months ago I had the same issue and decided not to come here.

They've gotten better since I last went. The last time I went, my crunchwrap was burnt. This time my cantino burrito wasn't full, but that is pretty standard for this chain, but the food was hot and not overcooked like before.

Honestly corporate needs to get involved with how horrible the time to get food is this is my 3rd time in this line waiting over 30 mins for food and even ordering from the mobile app as well. The people are super nice. But just sitting here now I have seen 3 people leave waiting. Its really bad doesnt matter what time of day it is. You can never leave this place less then 30 minutes

This location always takes forever. Average 20+ minutes for a small order in the drive thru. And more times than not they either forget an item or give you the wrong item.

They should be absolutely embarrassed how slow they are. I've never seen a slower drive thru in all of my life. No matter what day or time you go you'll be waiting for an eternity.

Aside from the service being the worst in the county, the food has gone so downhill it doesn’t even justify waiting anymore. The standard wait in their drive-through is now 30-40 minutes minimum regardless of how many cars are there Yall suck
