The worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. The waitress... blonde hair. I believe her name was Kristen... something like that .. She is absolutely awful and don't need to work in customer service if she can't be even a little bit friendly. Everyone had bad days but come on... Wrong is wrong. She even made it a point to crash into my friend that just got out of surgery and has four incisions on her stomach, on our way out. She never Came to our table one time. Never filled our water and we asked if hashbrowns we're included in our omelette, the menu said toast and hashbrowns... She said no I don't get them, they are inside. Which most places do do that but they give you the option or let you know first. so anyways I paid almost $20 for an omelette and toast and horrible customer service by the snootiest rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. I work retail that says something. Do better. I love your food I come here almost 3 times a week..... I was very disappointed that one lady.. ruined that for me.

The service was great, I stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday. Food was so-so, not worth the price imo. I ordered the patty melt, combo, sub onion rings, with bacon and a bowl of soup. Total was $26 before tax. Didn't taste like rye bread, the burger and bacon were cooked dry and hard and I was truly shocked that the $3 upcharge for the 6 onion rings was on top of the $4.99 combo upcharge. So $7.99 for 6 onion rings and a cup of iced tea. The onion rings were better than the burger. Way over priced for a burger that was subpar to McDonald's. The stuffed bell pepper soup was delicious. I would have been more satisfied with just a bowl of soup and a side of onion rings with a tea. Not from here, so won't be back, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend or return if I was a local.

The burger barn salad is awesome! Hearty enough for two, quality ingredients, and it's not all lettuce. They pile on the meat. Fills me up, great salad.

We have been here three times now, the other two times have been good, this time though not so much. First things first we walk in sit down and wait for menus, then someone else comes in and gets served immediately. I order coffee and I said can I get cream (meaning French vanilla) she says it’s on the table um no that’s half and half and the person who came in after us who got served before us has a entire little container full of French vanilla creamer. Our food was dry and even the toast was hard. Even my husband who practically licks plates clean was not a fan today. Idk it might be awhile if we do come back for breakfast. It wasn’t worth paying 30 some dollars today
