Although service was quick , everything on our order was incorrect . The first drink was supposed to be a medium but instead was served to us as a small. When confronted with this , the staff did not remake the drink but put it into a medium size cup filled with ice to the brim which is not how any of the iced drinks are supposed to come. The drink was actively spilling from this as well. The second drink was a chai tea latte but the staff added espresso . Chai tea lattes do not have espresso in them. When the staff was notified , they tried to argue that the chai did indeed get espresso , which is incorrect . Overall, service was poor and staff training is not good as well .

Okay this is getting ridiculous. I came here a few weeks ago and got my standard coffee order. Been ordering it for over a decade from various Tim Hortons locations. It was a watered down tasteless mess but I figured it was a one off thing. Just went through the drive-thru this morning and once again, it is basically a cup of boiling water with creamer and the essence of coffee. Almost like they’re reusing the beans again and again. Won’t be back and after speaking with my wife, she and her friends have come to the same conclusion due to similar experiences.

Went here for a very late breakfast. Service was excellent, wait time was acceptable and food was incredibly good. The restaurant was quiet and clean. It was a little cold in there which seems to be the normal every where I seem to go as of late, but other than that it was a very nice time. Prices seemed reasonable also. With all the snow and cold weather there has been the parking lot was clean and easy to walk in without fear of falling

Employees need better training. Messed up two separate, very simple coffee orders I placed this week. The first time I circled back, they didn’t know how to fix it and offered to make me a hot chocolate instead. Not even going to bother this time. Stick with the Doghouse in downtown, or even McDonalds.

I went through the drive thru tonight craving hot chocolate. It was a day and a half of work. They were in the middle of cleaning it but said they could make it for me if I could wait three minutes. No issue there. I asked if I could have the holiday donuts and muffin one of each and they were out of everything but the Christmas tree. Mind you it's 6pm so definitely understandable. You could tell they felt horrible. Not s huge deal I just asked for two other random donuts with the Christmas tree. I paid and pulled forward.
They took the time and thought into those two random donuts to have them be similar to the two that they were out of and made my hot chocolate absolutely beautifully. They were beyond appreciative about my patience which to me wasn't a big deal.
I wish I got your names but those on the late shift were nothing but kind and respectful individuals and made my day.
You lose a little chocolate off the top every time. This one was a bit crazy though. Glad I was eating it at home so I didn't have to suck chocolate off the wax paper while driving or something.

Hi make sure you count your change just was their gave the guy 10.20 and he couldn't even give me change and when I told him I gave him 10.20 he acted stupid like I didnt and wanted to argue so plz count your change before going their.
