Staff is very unprofessional. The lady who took my order barely let me speak to order my coffee and breakfast sandwich, which meant she didn’t hear me order what I wanted and gave me the wrong item. Then, the man at the window was very rude, unprofessional, and might as well of threw my coffee at me. Very unimpressed with these people and this location. Will not be back.

What a huge disappointment. Got breakfast and the sandwiches were fine but my coffee and my wife's cold brew were awful. Never had that experience at Timmies before.

messed up WHOLE order for some reason. had 15 year olds working the counter who had no knowledge whatsoever. i ordered a sausage egg chz and bacon wrap. no sausage, but they PUT HASHBROWN ON IT. bye far the worst tim hortons i’ve ever been to is give 0 stars if i could. i hate you

Frequent Tim Hortons buyer, first time at this location. Ordered a large iced coffee. Watched the employee put ice in my cup, then go to fill the coffee. The iced coffee was running out. Rather than telling me this and refunding my order, I watched as she added another large scoop of ice to try and fill the cup. The coffee also tasted extremely old and bitter. The whole bottom is covered with grains. Prices are also higher at this location. With higher prices and awful quality, I will not be returning to this location.

I don't know what Tim Hortons considers a smoothie, but whatever this thing is it is not a smoothie. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend

Out of town & wanted coffee and breakfast before hitting the road. The lady taking our order was rushing us, kept saying is that all after every item. The food itself tasted fine but was horribly put together.

Went through drive thru. Got unsweetened tea. It tasted as if it was very old. I called management to let them know so nobody else would have to experience the taste. She seemed bothered. I called to inform her it needed to be dumped. I have drank the coffee there off and on for years and have never had a problem with it.

UPDATE: decided to give them another shot today, had an iced carmel machiatto delievered to my house since I’m carless for the day. There is no espresso in it whatsoever. I received an all white drink with Carmel at the bottom. How does one not add the coffee? The most important part? The amount of carelessness at this location is wild. Like is the manager ever there? Why isn’t there quality checks? If you know it doesn’t look right maybe don’t serve it to the customer. If you don’t know how to make it then you probably shouldn’t work there or be making those types of drinks.
Very hit and miss here. Sometimes they feel like stirring the sugar into the coffee. Somedays they just leave it at the bottom leaving a very bitter coffee and grainy texture. My biggest complaint? Why ask if I want whipped topping if y’all aren’t gonna put it on there anyway? I get it if you’re in a rush and simply forgot but to be not busy, no one else in line ask and then don’t put it on screams pure laziness. Service needs to be better. Reason 203 to keep going to the Oxford location
