Went here for a very late breakfast. Service was excellent, wait time was acceptable and food was incredibly good. The restaurant was quiet and clean. It was a little cold in there which seems to be the normal every where I seem to go as of late, but other than that it was a very nice time. Prices seemed reasonable also. With all the snow and cold weather there has been the parking lot was clean and easy to walk in without fear of falling
I went through the drive thru tonight craving hot chocolate. It was a day and a half of work. They were in the middle of cleaning it but said they could make it for me if I could wait three minutes. No issue there. I asked if I could have the holiday donuts and muffin one of each and they were out of everything but the Christmas tree. Mind you it's 6pm so definitely understandable. You could tell they felt horrible. Not s huge deal I just asked for two other random donuts...
Went inside to order, terrible service . Not the young man on front counters fault (Alex) he was the only one on front counter , while 3 girl employees stand by drive thru all chatting and playing on cell phones as I stand there with no service cause he was busy preparing other customers orders . I stood waiting for 13 minutes . Very lazy, unprofessional employees. Do better Tim Hortons . Alex did apologize for my wait time . Very nice young man . What happened to TEAM WORK !...
