Been on a Tropi Smoothie binge lately and its been top notch. My wraps are hot, fresh and fully loaded. Detox smoothies are top tier and the cookies are so soft. 10/10!

Very poor service and rude girls . Online orders should be ready to be picked up when they put them on the shelf . But what they do they bring them one item at a time every few minutes . when I ask them if the order is complete ? They say you gotta check it yourself and they say that's the way how they do it everything is separate . That's really unprofessional .

The girls here are so rude, they need to be trained better. They never smile and the girls at the front window seem very grumpy and have no manners. Why do they let rude girls work here and treat their customers like that. Tip for the young girls, treat your customers better

They are disrespectful. Couple items were missing they didn't even apologize . The next time I picked up an order I asked them if all the items were in the bag she said the receipt on the bag and you have to check the order . They really need a good manager to train them how to prepare orders and how to be nice and respectful .

I order from this location usually at least once or twice a week. My food and smoothies have always been top notch and I’ve never had a bad experience. When I arrived today to pick up my online order there were two cars already in line. Haley was working the drive thru and had said I was able to wait in line if I chose to, but she could also have me pull ahead and bring my order to me curbside. This was a pleasant surprise to me as I had my two year old son with me and was running late for work. Haley saved me a trip into the store and also having to wait additional time for an already completed order. Thank you Haley for the great customer service and making my morning much easier!!!

I am so disgusted. Had trouble sucking up my smoothie, to take off the lid to mash up the bottom when to my surprise found what appeared to be a plastic bag at the bottom blended into my smoothie. I can’t believe this was served to me. I reached out online instantly when it happened and have not heard back 2.17.25

Stopped for dinner on a trip and enoyed the bright, beachy ambiance. The green smoothie was tasty and the chicken ranch wrap was delicious! They had vegetarian options for my family - you can sub with plant-based chicken, and lots of smoothie options with pea protein. It's a bit pricey, but it's fresh, fast, and yummy!
Some days are better than others. One day, my wrap will be made neatly rolled good and not hard to eat in a vehicle…. As for the smoothies, I cannot say the same every time I order one I get chunks of ice in my smoothie that I can’t enjoy for over an hour. After it’s all melted it really doesn’t taste as good. I ordered a smoothie at 8:55 It is now quarter after 10 and I still can’t drink it. I called about it after the 3/4 incident. the chunks of ice in the lid are after hour and a half, a smoothie that’s perfectly blended is smooth… I get icees from this place

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes the shakes are great and sometimes not. Today my shake was bland with large ice chunks throughout, an hour later I was still trying to drink it but the straw was still getting stuck with ice. I had food here a couple times and it was good
