This is probably the fanciest tropical smoothie that I have ever been to. Very very fast service, people were extremely nice. And my food looks better than I’ve ever gotten from any other tropical smoothie. They had no problem with my special order. Best experience at tropical smoothie I’ve ever had!

I went in earlier today for my lunch. I’m not quite sure what started it but one of the older gentleman who said he was the assistant manager, was yelling at a younger girl. That was extremely unprofessional, no way to act towards someone. I really enjoyed coming here but after seeing the way he treated that poor girl I will be taking my business somewhere else. Do better tropical smoothie.

I walked into an empty restaurant with no one in the drive through line. 5 employees were there. I waited at the counter for 4-5 minutes without being acknowledged then left. I see why Culvers had a line around the building and this store was empty.
This team is so friendly and welcoming. Super helpful when helping my daughter pick out a smoothie. Highly recommend!
