I ordered a bacon double stack meal. Instead got a regular hamburger meal. I also ordered a frosty when I was asked if I wanted anything else. When I was handed my meal I had to argue about the pop that was supposed to come with it. I'm disappointed all around with this restaurant.

This Wendy's is just bad. I don't recommend it. Their food is subpar. It's so disappointing because I went here idk how many times and never have a good experience. I lived here all of my 40 years Please close. I say with love. Something is not right there. That's all.

On Saturday the 19th 2025 my children wanted Wendy's. I have celiacs disease and when my children want to go to Wendy's I order off the a la carte menu and just get two hamburger patties with the lettuce and tomato in a plastic container. I do this at every Wendys we go to. The cashier wasn't sure how to do that so he asked a woman and she said we don't do that and by the way if you know of other Wendy's doing that tell me because we don't do that we're not supposed to do that she was very rude extremely rude and gave me a lecture on how that is not allowed at Wendy's I will never ever patronize this particular Wendy's again you should fire that woman and put friendly staff in there the customer is always right. When the gentleman gave us our order through the window he apologized for how rude she was it's pretty crazy when your low level staff is apologizing for how rude the manager is.

This Wendy’s is by far the dirtiest and unkept Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. Appears to be weeks or more since it was cleaned.
The employees at the counter were nice , but that doesn’t make up for the uncleanliness of the restaurant.
Whom ever owns or is in charge of this place needs to shut it down for a day and clean it up.
