This place needs to hire more workers. I got there 1:30 PM for lunch at the DRIVE THRU. I ordered a bagels and a half cheese sandwich. By 2:02 PM I was still on the window waiting and had to ask for a refund because I was late for work. Horrible way to run a business, hire more workers

Ordered a bagel and coffee. Cold uncut bagel. No coffee. Had to ask someone to bring coffee out. Multiple dirty tables. What a poop show.

I ORDERED THE TOASTED ITALIANO, HAD TO BE THE DRIEST SANDWICH!!!...ASKED FOR EXTRA GARLIC AIOLI, AND EXTRA GREEK DRESSING. MUST'VE MISTAKEN IT AS READING, LIGHT. THE GREEK SALAD LOOKS TO BE PRE-MADE WITH WITED PRODUCE, AND LIMP MUSHY CUCUMBERS. IF I WASN'T TIRED I WOULD DEFINITELY TAKE THIS BACK, ESPECIALLY SO THEY COULD SEE THIS TERRIBLE SALAD. DO BETTER!!!
Very disappointed about no soups available this afternoon. Opted for an Italiana sandwich on a soft bread. Received a toasted burned sandwich and then it was replaced with a cold cut sandwich; cold bread and meat. Not good.
Everything is in presentation. The sandwich looked poor in taste upon receipt.
The pride in the work is lacking. Please don't lower the standards of a very good franchise.

Food took a long time to get, wven though I ordered ahead on the app. The soups and salads are really good. The sandwiches, I don't get much. The breakfast sandwiches are very good, and so is the oatmeal.

So annoyed with Sip Club. Such shit coffee and they leave grounds in the coffee or its finished and you have to tell them to refill it. This location seems especially headed to destroy the Panera name.
