I had a wonderful bartender before shift change at 5pn on 8/30. I was asked if I needed another beer I said yes... And the new bartender brought me a draft when I was drinking bottle... I told her I was drinking bottle ...she said you should have told me that and picked it up and brought me a bottle..she was not happy is it my job to tell them what is needed in bar shifts? She was rude and I will be going elsewhere at this time..... And paying someone else for serving my drinks and food. Rude dies not make for repeat business. And I'm outta here. Beware the shift in bartenders @5 on Saturdays.... they can be very rude and will not be tipped or have my repeat patronage.

Everything is always good when we come here!! The BEST Long Islands, and the Atomic Chicken in a wrap was FIRE!!! 🔥🤗😋😋 Our server was awesome!! Can't wait to go back for more deliciousness!!! 😁

Not as great as it used to be but the reputation lives on. Splurged on the most expensive meal since we haven't been here in years and was reminded why. $33 shrimp scampi and steak. The steak wasn't 6oz (Not cooked to my request) and the scampi was 6 shrimp. But you don't have to have great food when the reputation brings people in.

Steak was tough, gravy was gelatinous & salad plates were dirty, small for only one trip up. Service was ok but had to ask for stuff repeatedly, she kept forgetting.

Horrible food, The servers do not give a crap. They would rather gossip. The interior is dirty and extremely outdated. The business is not ADA compliant, huge deal for myself. I looked up the Michigan Health Department record and it is appalling.

Not a great place for large groups or rehearsal dinner.
3rd time at Big T and it will be our last. Food and service were just bad, seated in upstairs room which must have been the old smoking area as it smelled horrible. When we questioned it our host told us “ we just lit a candle”. REALLY? The next 2 parties seated in the same room commented amongst themselves that it stunk of smoke.
Just a really crummy experience and food that was truly marginal at best. However they have an amazing beer selection! Stick with beer and the free popcorn and you’ll be fine! Salad bar deserves a nod too.

Visited 12 26.24 a table of 10. Food was horrible. Burger tasted rotten, prime rib sandwich was so tough you couldn't chew it same as with the hot beef sandwich chicken tenders were overcooked to the point of jerky, honestly the only thing good was the salad bar. The service was equally as bad. after the food was delivered to the table no one came back to check on us or to offer drink refills. the only time we saw anyone was to bring us the check.
