Juan's Taqueria LLC is located on the side of a gas station and at the back of a gas station, but do not let that discourage or fool you. The restaurant is clean, simply decorated, and playing fiesta music. The menu is small, but the quality is large. The food is authentic, delicious Mexican food with no frozen microwave reheats. Homemade sauces are available, and Juan even bottled and sold some. The owner, Juan, has a great personality and is bigger than life. He interacts with all customers and makes sure he at least says hi. The friendly staff and family provide great food and service. Specific meals mentioned include street tacos, the California burrito, birria tacos, birria ramen, chicken quesadilla, steak quesadilla, burata taco, guacamole, and street corn. A Jarritos is available to wash it down. Do not pass the tiny fridge with Juan’s homemade sauces.
