$6 for a fricken bagel sandwich is wild to me. Never again. I’ll go across the street to Subway for a meal next time. 2 tiny slices of ham, a tiny slice of cheese, and the most minimal amount of cream cheese known to man was put on here. I said something to the cashier about the price, she just gave me a funky look and took my payment anyway.

Fast and friendly service. I ordered the TWIX fix. It was my first time trying this drink, it tasted fine. It was very sweet but I expected that because I feel all Biggby sweet drinks are overly sweet. My daughter got some kind of non coffee drink, she said it was okay and she drank it, but she said it wasn't made right.

I was SO excited to have a Biggby, my all time favorite coffee place, here in Leslie. Unfortunately, I have yet to have a drink made that tasted as it should. I’ve been giving them time to get in the groove, but it’s been months and I have not had a coffee that has not tasted burnt or stale. I’m talking iced, frozen, and hot - they all taste… off…. Not sure how else to explain it. Really disappointed and hoping they can take a look at their temps and recipes and see what is going wrong.

Was excited about there being a biggby in Leslie, and finally made it in for the first time. Pulled up to the window and sat there a few minutes while a couple workers were talking. Was never acknowledged. My latte was okay, but the mocha kids steamer we ordered was just straight milk. No mocha, whip cream or sprinkles and my 4 year old was very disappointed with a cup of hot plain milk. My husband got a coffee with mocha and vanilla added, which there were no flavors in sight. Very disappointed.

Morning crew needs to pay attention to drive thru better. I've sat at the speaker waiting and honking to get their attention and was ignored.i dont have this problem with holt location
