Pretty run of the mill McD's. Only grief was one of my tenders was a tad undercooked.

I wish I knew the names of everyone working today because I would thank each of them for their hard work and smiles! I was greeted quickly and kindly, and it was like I could hear the person on the mic smiling. There was no wait and my food was prepared quickly and accurately even with my customization requests. The only person I saw was a younger lady with super cool piercings at the second window. Thank you again team for making dinner pleasant! Your energy is infectious 😊

Last few times we have gotten food here it has been absolutely terrible. I'd recommend going to a different McDonald's

Stopped here to use the restroom and. Get my daughter something to eat as we are traveling. I used rewards and paid extra for tomatoes and cheese on her burger. Sadly we didn't check everything since it was only a happy meal we purchased and by the time she opened her burger we were already passing through Jackson. Reminder to check your order no matter how big or small because this is what $15 an hour gets :(

Nice and fresh hot cheeseburgers and fries.
I love fresh fries from McDonald's!
My cheeseburgers was hot with a toasty bun and ample condiments.
We were traveling and looking for a quick bite and they were definitely worth stopping for.
Great job!

I hadn't been to this McDonald's in quite a few years and remembered that when it was first built the service was exemplary. I decided to pay a visit today and went through the drive-thru. I continue to ask hello as I waited in my car for a couple minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was at the order window. When they finally answered they were pleasant enough and I was told to go to the window to pay. I couldn't understand if they said the first or second window so I stopped at the first window where I saw a woman who was charging a credit card and then putting the receipt and credit card in her purse. I waited at the window for 2 minutes waiting for her to look up and acknowledge me and she did not so I assumed that I needed to pay at the second window. I tried waving in my car to get her attention but she never once looked up at me. When I got to the second window the service was very slow and I waited behind the vehicle in front of me for quite a few minutes. When I drove up to the window the woman at the first window came and began to scold me for not paying. I said to her that I had waited for her to acknowledge me and she interrupted me and said that she was buying food for her granddaughter and that she was busy. I gave her the exact change and she abruptly took it and walked back to the first window. I then waited another 3 minutes as I watched everyone waiting for food to come up and finally someone gave me my order. The food was fine but a little cold and the young man that gave the food to me was very pleasant. It's unfortunate that this rude woman was working and felt bothered to acknowledge customers as they were waiting for her to finish her personal business.

Just bought from here 20 minutes ago, got two big Mac meals and 2 spicy mccrispy with not tomato. What I get is fine besides mccrispys are little to no sauce on one. Than both have 3 to 5 pieces of shredded lettuce. I would've had more lettuce on a McChicken
I have to give this one two stars. I stopped by here almost every single morning and every morning there's only one person that ever actually remembers to put the caramel in my coffee when he's working. He makes it correctly but anytime he's not working that drive-thru window. It tastes like crap. I don't even think they put the sugar in it or maybe they just don't read what's on the screen. I don't know but they charged an extra $0.30 for the caramel and I thought about it for the 400 times that they missed it then adds up
I will not eat here and advise you don't either. My job keeps me on the road all around Jackson county and so I have to utilize this public restroom often. I normally carry baby wipes into this location regularly because the women's bathroom is always dirty. Some weeks I can tell that my little baby wipe is the only cleaning the bathroom has seen. Today was the worst: one stall had feces spread all around the toilet seat and walls. The handicap stall was occupied by a couple, I presume having sex because the toilet seat was covered in shoe prints... lucky me, I had my baby wipes for the less offensive stall. If this location can't keep their public restrooms clean, imagine what they are hiding from the public in the kitchen.

You know your getting old when you start complaining about fast food prices but damn, $15.00 or more for a one person meal that not long ago was $5. Still love the food but why should the employees make twenty dollars an hour? It is not a career job, it is supposed to be entry level.
