5 star for the food is because it was as expected. It was made right the way we asked and it was hot. We didn't dine in because it was just a happy meal. The person that took our order was friendly.

UPDATE.. went next day and manager cared less thought he would replace but did not. So bought another to het a picture which will Include. All he said was she admitted what she did. Then walked away. As i was waiting she left where i could not see her and the manager man with long hair just stared at me. Im sorry but this is ridiculous. We’re a small town i worked in fast food not that damn hard. They got machines to do for them this day and age. As i was standing there a woman walked up and said they gave her wrong sandwich. Like really ???! Now please go look at photos
The food is ok some of the workers are ok, but the evening shift is the worse! They always mess the order up or forget something. I hate complaining but i have had it!!! The girl tonight and manager are so rude. I asked for a iced caramel mochiato with extra shot of espresso like i get everyday for her to give me a hot coffee and argue me that it was. To just add ice and give back. I did not argue because my kid was with me but i will be going in morning to talk with morning management. I personally don’t eat McDonald, my kids do. Go to subway across the street much better. Do not recommend evening management and couple of the younger ones at all!!!

One of the most filthy McDonalds I have seen in a while. I literally washed the toilet seat in the bathroom with toilet paper and soap because it had unwashed skin residue all over it… the floors were deplorable along with the walls. It looked like it hadn’t been swept, mopped, or wiped down, in what appeared to be weeks. I’ve worked at 2 McDonalds in the past as a highschooler. This type of atmosphere would get us fired almost immediately.

It was your average Tuesday night. Halfway through a long drive back home. I pull up and order a measley double cheeseburger, Coke Zero, and Apple Pie. The cute cashier, hair golden like the arches she works beneath, hands me my bag with a smile and I drive off. But something particular was about it, like nothing else I've ever had. Either a prank fueled by the mundanity of small town living or a simple malfunction of a shaker. Either way my mouth was met by an inordinate amount of pepper. Don't get me wrong, I like peppercorn, but this thing was the epitome of pepper. The burger was so peppery, like Jesus turning water into wine, so did my Coke turn into a Dr Pepper. Unfortunately for me, I was only able to eat a few bites before I succumbed to my disgust and ditched the remaining burger to the greasy pits of a wrinkled brown bag.
Apple pie was good tho so 10/10.

I wish I knew the names of everyone working today because I would thank each of them for their hard work and smiles! I was greeted quickly and kindly, and it was like I could hear the person on the mic smiling. There was no wait and my food was prepared quickly and accurately even with my customization requests. The only person I saw was a younger lady with super cool piercings at the second window. Thank you again team for making dinner pleasant! Your energy is infectious 😊

Last few times we have gotten food here it has been absolutely terrible. I'd recommend going to a different McDonald's
Stopped here to use the restroom and. Get my daughter something to eat as we are traveling. I used rewards and paid extra for tomatoes and cheese on her burger. Sadly we didn't check everything since it was only a happy meal we purchased and by the time she opened her burger we were already passing through Jackson. Reminder to check your order no matter how big or small because this is what $15 an hour gets :(

Nice and fresh hot cheeseburgers and fries. I love fresh fries from McDonald's! My cheeseburgers was hot with a toasty bun and ample condiments. We were traveling and looking for a quick bite and they were definitely worth stopping for. Great job!
