New to Michigan from California (aka super snobby about Mexican food). We have been searching for some good Mexican and finally found it at Taqueria Los Pollitos. Authentic and actually has some spice to their hot salsa! Great street tacos, their beans and rice are good and they have Elote! 5 stars!
Absolutely loved it here I come every chance I can
I ordered the day before for a party of 11 to pick up dinner at 5:30, by 5:38 I was in my car with the complete order! The food was fresh, hot and the order was exact! It was blazing hot in the kitchen and the staff were all smiles and so kind! Our family had nothing but rave reviews and we can’t wait to go back! Great job!

Taqueria Los Pollitos serves authentic Mexican food with great street tacos, good beans and rice, and Elote. The burritos are a winner, and the salsa and aqua frescas are out of this world. The hot salsa actually has some spice. The staff is very hardworking, kind, and always smiling, even in a blazing hot kitchen. The food is delicious, fresh, and hot. Saturday is 'Taco Saturday', but the fall schedule is open Saturday and Sunday only. The restaurant may be closed if they are catering, so always call first. On Taco Tuesday they get slammed, but every other day is prompt. One complaint was a 45-minute wait from ordering at the counter, though there is a little play area inside for kids. For a large party order, the food was ready quickly and exact.
