Great craft beer menu, and fantastic pizza. I wasn't ready for how good the Detroit-style deep dish was. The sauce is sweet, and the toppings are savory and flavorful, and the crust is PERFECT---crispy on the outside, bread-ish on the inside. Somebody really spent time getting this right. My small square was cut into 6 pieces instead of the usual 4, but didn't cost any more. Chicago blues playing on the house speakers filled the atmosphere blank for me. As soon as we walked in we were greated with a smile. The owner served us a few samples of the craft beers then made us a great bloody Mary then ordered a deep dish pizza and it was 1 of the best I've had in a long time. Will definitely be taking another sidexside ride from Emmett to the Water Tower Sports Pub!!!!!
