My family ordered one Rueben and four #17 1/2 sandwiches. Bar none they were the best corned beef sandwiches we have ever eaten... the meat was tender and stacked high, the coleslaw was a perfect balance, and something simple like the grilled bread was nice and crispy. I kid you not when I say that my mother and I couldn't put our sandwiches down. What an awesome deli, and what amazing food. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
This deli shop is exactly what I was hoping for…old school, non-chain, excellent quality. Their corned beef and rye bread is fantastic. Hit me with all the nostalgia of how deli food used to be. I ordered some clam strips as well, and they did not disappoint. I’ll definitely be back.
I've been passing this place for years visiting my mother in law and my husband and I finally stopped in. This will be my new stop every time we come out to Detroit! The food was on point. Wish we could get something like this in toledo. The woman working that day was amazing and extremely friendly. I had the reuben (amazing), my husband got the united meat (looked amazing, he wouldn't share lol) and wet got the cheesesteak egg rolls 🤤🤤🤤
