Terrible service, workers in the back ignored me and my wife the whole time we tried to order. It's not even a restaurant now, just a strange weird card shop.
0/10 will not come back again!
Vegetarian options: You can get veggies only with your noodles
Parking: Great parking
Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is in an awesome game shop!!!

Food used to be amazing here. We were craving it but haven’t been in a while. The last time we went it was a regular restaurant. When we walked in it didn’t look like a restaurant rather a dungeons and dragons meet up or some sort of gaming center. In the corner was a window taking orders for food. It smelled good so we walked over and the first thing I saw was huge mess of papers and empty food containers on the floor where she was taking orders. Kind of like my teenagers bedroom. I was shocked how dirty it looked so we walked out disgusted. No idea how the heath dept would allow this?

So today was my 1st day visiting this place and when I tell y'all I was very shocked as we walked in, I asked the owner I believe he was " Is this the restaurant"?. It basically a game/video store doesn't look nor feel like a restaurant at all. I decided to stay and eat because of my fiancee convinced me. I literally couldn't eat the PHO chicken bowl that I ordered, the food was disgusting, definitely the worst Chicken Pho I ever tried, everything tasted like it came from a can or from a frozen bag. We didn't receive any water and he gave us a plastic fork to eat from, listen I would NEVER spend another dime here nor even drive near the area ugh.

It’s a gaming center not a restaurant. Very dirty and uncomfortable atmosphere. Would not recommend.
Broth was probably the best part of the noodles bowl. The chicken was dry and the ramen noodles didn't taste good. The crab ragu tastes real. There aren't many places to sit if you don't want to play. The games cost $5 PER PERSON. Cool idea, but not great in practice.
Came in with my wife and daughter for the first time in years and was surprised to see the restaurant is now part of a game shop. The shop owner was friendly and the place seemed cool so we decided to stay for dinner. We order the food and about 20min later the food is ready so I go the counter to pick it up, 2 ramens and a crab rangoon. I ask for an extra bowl the guy basically scolds me, rudely saying “WHY DIDN’T YOU ASK FOR ONE WHEN YOU ORDERED!?” He then goes to back and brings one out a minute later and slams it on the counter, as if it was a huge inconvenience. He didn’t even give us spoons for the ramen but I dare not even ask after the way he reacted about the bowl. After that we just decided to take the food home. Hard to sit and eat somewhere when you feel so unwelcome. Who knows why he was so upset about the request? Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe it’s his shtick? Either way its not worth coming back. I hope the game shop can be successful because the owner seemed genuinely nice, but if the guy at the noodle keeps treating people that way I’m afraid they’ll lose customers.

This place is not really a restaurant. It’s more of a gaming place that you can buy food at. If you like ramen don’t go here! It was not a comfortable environment. I will never return.

They recently changed the name of the overall building "the 8th side" a hangout and table top gaming space. But inside that building is hop Sheing noodle house with amazing ramen and bubble tea. Awesome good and cool atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out.

They used to have real grilled chicken, but have replaced it with texture less chicken meatballs, do not get the ramen! Their staff is sarcastic and condescending, and will charge a 2$ fee if you annoy them.

Literally, the best pho you’re going to find in the next 20 mile radius. Concept is pretty cool - offers a place/save-haven for like minded individuals to come play board games or cards and offers game nights. It’s a small kitchen but the portions are pretty large & you get free extra veggies ? beef pho is AWESOME! 10/10

Should probably take this down because its not Hop Sheing anymore, menu isnt the same and apparently when my mother went in to order she was completely ignored because they were too busy playing D&D. Place just became straight up
