Traditional Bodega with AMAZING FOOD!!! The empanadas are my family's favorite! Stewed chicken, rice and beans, all soooo good!!! I try to go back as often as I can. The service is great and they are very helpful even if your Spanish isn't good lol

I would give them 5 stars for the food alone but I came on a busy night and I paid alot for food I did not get to eat and an order they got wrong twice so I was pretty disappointed. Great place great food 👌

I stopped by La Bodega Market on Dix Avenue in Lincoln Park after hearing about them on Facebook for their homemade sofrito. They also have a small restaurant in the back with Dominican delicacies like fried salami, mangu, and fried cheese. We had just eaten at Pancho’s across the street, so we didn’t try the food this time. I did notice that the mangu looked really smudgy, almost like a paste, so I’m curious how it tastes.
