How can you even allow employees to direct you to only give exact change or debit card the way they do. On top of it give you semi-warm flimsy Fry's, not even a whole medium fry at that. No star!!

Place is bet hit or miss drive thru can be very slow and miss your food a lot. I only go inside here now and get nothing but God service inside. Did is always fresh inside just have to use the kiosk which I prefer but not good for certain

I ordered two fish sandwiches, and was told to pull up and wait. I waited for 20 minutes and then I came inside to ask about the order. The manager on duty was super nice, but when she asked for fish sandwiches, The cooks told her they had no more fish. Disappointed that the crew would let me sit there for so long, without letting me know they were out of the food. And I'm not sure how long they would have let me just sit out there. I don't blame the manager, but the rest of the crew was very unprofessional in the way they handled my order. Would not recommend, and I'll never be back to this location.

Poor attentiveness/bad customer service: ordered 10 pieces nuggets-received only 8. Black coffee-received coffee with cream and sugar in it. Light mayo-received sandwiches drowning in mayo. Bad customer service: I've seen elderly people here trying to order coffee-denied personal assistance and told to place order on tablet boards they don't understand how to use, so they left without their coffee. I've had to drive back to exchange incorrect orders multiple times at this location and have seen elderly people leaving almost in tears for not receiving assistance at the counter and being directed to place orders on tablet boards they don't understand. Back when McDonald's paid their employees less ironically, the customer service was better than today when employees are paid more ?

I came through the drive thru, ordered 2 mcflurries. There were 6 cars parked ahead of me, literally no where else to park. The female with pink extensions told me to park for my mcflurry, I said you are full, there's no more places. Why am I being parked for an ice cream, her response " because I have to walk in the back and get the toppings"...... um well why are you talking when ya could have been in dry goods and back by now. 13 minutes for a McCurry once I made it to the second window. And not one of the other 6 cars ahead of me was serviced and out of there by the time I left.Car Reserves are to help with big orders, not to use them to make your drive thru times lower while making people wait obscene lengths of time for their food.
