Poor attentiveness/bad customer service: ordered 10 pieces nuggets-received only 8. Black coffee-received coffee with cream and sugar in it. Light mayo-received sandwiches drowning in mayo. Bad customer service: I've seen elderly people here trying to order coffee-denied personal assistance and told to place order on tablet boards they don't understand how to use, so they left without their coffee. I've had to drive back to exchange incorrect orders multiple times at this location...read full review
Just went to get food and my burgers were rock solid and my fries were cold and not even done all the way. Tonight night shift crew seems like they didn’t know what they were doing. I was also missing a sandwich. I go to call the store and not one person

Place is bet hit or miss drive thru can be very slow and miss your food a lot. I only go inside here now and get nothing but God service inside. Did is always fresh inside just have to use the kiosk which I prefer but not good for certain
