We have been going to panchos for years, and over the last year.Something has changed.The rice has a burnt taste and smell to it.And we thought it was just us.So we came back a few other times and it was the same thing. But then we knew it wasn't just us, because someone we didn't even know mentioned that the rice tasted burnt and not as good as it used to. We don't know if the recipe changed or the cook changed But we are so sad that we cannot enjoy panchos anymore...
Ordered food 10 mins before across the street for my husband and walked in here and placed an order and within 5 mins it was done.
