Last minute Dinner date with My Daughter. We ordered the alfredo pizza w/chicken & small goofy bread. Since it was late, we ordered to go, but tasted both prior to leaving. Needless to say, both were very good. The pizza was very good & could've had a bit more alfredo sauce. We mentioned that to our waitress & she gave us extra to go.
There's nothing fancy about Vito's...but there doesn't have to be. They've been doing Italian food right for as long as I can remember. I went on a Friday night and the place was jumping thanks in part, I'm sure, to the music trivia contest being played. (The host was very engaging...but back to the food...) Usually really good but I got pizza tonight and the grease soaked through the box. I had 1 slice and was immediately nauseous because it was so greasy. I even soaked up the excess with a paper towel.
