just went and bought 4 Large Chili's and recieved 4 crackers packets, we asked for a few more and they wanted to charge us $.30 extra per packet! since when did they start doing this?? so you mean to tell me if you ask for extra ketchup your going to get charged as well? wtf! Thanks for the bs!
Second time in as many weeks that Ive gone thru the Drive-thru. same order both times, #1 combo large, no tomato, with Diet coke. Last time I received a regular coke and the large fry that cost extra was half full. This time I got a burger with tomato and the large fry that cost extra money was again half full. Ordered a Double Baconartor, was charged for a Double Baconator, was given a Double Cheeseburger. Drove back to get the correct item. Pulled up to the windows, took three attempts to explain the issue. Was called rude by a staff member, had the window slammed in my face.
