Last night I asked if they could put fresh lettuce on my sub considering the fact that it was brown with a fly in it. She said absolutely not that she didn't have any other lettuce in the store.

I decided to try this particular location, hours on website stated 10 am to 8 pm. Hours on door of building also said 10 am to 8pm. It was 10:45 am. Not open. Water boil alert was canceled yesterday, so why not open? Guess they don't need the business. I will just continue to go to the one on silver parkway. They have great service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ordered online and my husband went to pick up the order, when he got home the order was 100% wrong. Not even the right subs or the right bread. I have no idea how that happened. I went in to get it fixed and the employee grabbed my bag and receipt, opened one sandwich and chucked it into the trash. Without a word started remaking it. When she was done she threw it in the bag with two free cookies and handed it to me. I proceeded to tell her the other one was lacking just cheese. She wrapped up some cheese and put it in the bag. I thanked her, walked out, got in my car and realized she threw away the one that was just lacking cheese and kept the one that was completely wrong in the bag… I didn’t go back in cause it was a long line and I didn’t want to deal with it. My husband called when I got home and the employee on the phone got incredibly rude with him. He of course, retaliated by giving her sass back, she got extremely mean and defensive and rude and he ended up just hanging up. Subs not made right, employees being disgraceful, I will not be returning.

I was honestly shocked the other day, while happening to read the reviews lately here. I had no idea what was meant by people reporting how rude the manager is during the day, because in the evening, it's one of the nicest people you could find.

Well, tried during a week day and now I see. Short and dismissive with one customer. Extremely rude to another senior citizen who was having trouble ordering. My stomach felt so bad for this poor man.

What an awful location now. Fenton it is.

Barely and veggies on my pizza and everything is an up charge. Service was less than friendly. Poor value for the price. I won’t be back.

Went to order today at linden mich subway small town and was trying to read from my co worker order to make sure I ordered correctly for them . The lady behind the counter was rude and keep asking me with cheese with a dirty looks .When I was trying to figure out what kind of cheese was to be on the one sandwich . I said if you can't be patient with me I will leave and then the younger male working behind started making comments . I will never give my money to subway again

The workers were so incredibly rude, rushed us through ordering and got visibly annoyed when my 8 year old didn't answer right away what bread he wanted for his sandwich. We were the ONLY customers in the building. After we ordered she turned the music up so loud and kept staring at us. My family was so uncomfortable that we left half way through eating. There was no reason for either one of them to be so rude. We will never be back. Such a disappointment that these young ladies went out of their way to treat us poorly... 2024 is wild.

Stood in empty line said nothing at all patiently waiting to be greeted. Dude looks at me 5 times doesn't say a word . What are we doing ? Terrible manners and customer service . I won't return to this location for sure

I don't suggest ordering online. Works are rude when you ask to add stuff. Sub was not the same quality as if you watch it being made. Employees were rude when I asked if I could watch it being made.

Ordered online pick up- you can clearly see my order below and my sandwich had no mayo no sweet onion sauce but instead was covered in garlic aioli sauce that i did not order.

Current employee on shift deserves a raise. She was working alone. I had an online order as did someone in front of me. There were three people at the counter. She was so efficient. All of her time was used wisely and she was running around. My online order was given to me one minute before the ETA even though she had a full restaurant. Very impressive. Not only was she amazing, the food here is so good. My husband and I have written off Subway for years because we always leave disappointed. This place will not disappoint. It's clean, food is fresh. Thank you, Linden Subway.
