Something has changed here. Staff still pretty friendly, which is nice, but slow and now closing for breakfast. Not sure if new ownership, but going down.

I ordered a burrito through the mobile app and when I got to the window they informed me that they didn’t have rice ready yet, I said that it was fine but they still gave me a free drink and two free taco vouchers to make up for it, the staff was also very friendly

Incredibly slow even if you order and pay through the app I had to wait for my order in lobby for 8 minutes or so. They made my burritos with old tortilla I'm sure because the edges were all dry and crunchy of every soft tortilla burrito I got. I also spent $6 on the cantina chicken burrito and had to throw it away cause it was nothing but sauce in a burrito. Very disappointed, made me not want taco bell anymore. I might see if Owen road taco bell does it better someday, AVOID THIS PLACE!
