Only reason they don’t get 5 stars overall and in service is because they use an AI to take your order now and barely speak to you at the window. What happened to customer service?
I ordered a burrito through the mobile app and when I got to the window they informed me that they didn’t have rice ready yet, I said that it was fine but they still gave me a free drink and two free taco vouchers to make up for it, the staff was also very friendly
Daven was super friendly and I really appreciate his recommendations. I was struggling to decide between a few items. He was very patient and helpful. I enjoyed everything I ordered
