Went here for my friends bridal shower yesterday afternoon. We had a choice of three entrees, I chose the pasta Primavera. It tasted okay. Or so u thought. When I got home I was quite full and didn't eat anything for the rest of the evening. This morning I woke up feeling awful, and had ended up getting sick. I'm just so sad that the food I ate at my best friend's bridal shower made me sick. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

Went to Easter Brunch today. Experience very subpare. Main courses were between warm and cool. Food was good but having it taste like it has been sitting out for a long time getting cold was not impressionalbe at all. Waiter was almost rude, very uninterested in providing any service. Some child dropped 5 pieces of fruit on the floor very visable and in main traffic area, A Server was stanging right there but saw no need to pick it up. I told the hostess who stated she was thankful she went to the server and asked where the busboy was he said I don't know. So now we have two people who work there who obviously are too good to bend down. Someone could have slipped and hurt themselves. This is one of the resturants that on the bill has two different prices on for cash and one for credit or debit card adding 3%. Personally I would rather they raise the price and not have that on the bill. I have been a waitress and bartender and now I can see why they have to add the tip to the bill as this waiter would starve if left to the patrons decision. To top it off Their Online site for this even did say that gratuity would be added at 18% but they actually added 20%. TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! SHAME ON THEM, Is this why Dearborn location had to close?

My visit to this restaurant was underwhelming to say the least. The food was subpar, tasting more like microwave meals at premium prices. The service felt rushed and almost bothered by any requests, honestly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this spot based on my experience.

My wife and I went there last night. We had reservations at 7:15. We made last minute plans and this was the only place that sounded good that was available.I guess I can see why. We had a very nice waiter. The drinks were good. We ordered the appetizers, kalamari and the clams. The clams had a very odd crunchy thing in them.. but overall it wasn't BAD.Now the meals. At this point it's 8:45 and we have been waiting over 45 mins for it. Fine no worries. We got our food.... ordered the filet (medium) and lobster tail. The filet came out and it wasn't medium. It wasnt medium well. It was overly well done. Like to the point it looked burnt and the waiter even gave it a weird look. And then.... they gave us a UNCOOKED lobster tail. Just a very bad meal. The waiter did take it off the bill right away.Overall, this place seems to be on the verge of closing down. 8:45 on a Saturday and we were one of the only tables there. Our bill without the steak was still way more than it was worth. But it's their restaurant and they can decide prices. So i won't knock them on that. Stay away IMO!

I was in town visiting and haven't had Andiamos in years. Sadly, I was disappointed in this visit. I ordered Lasagna and risotto to go. The food tasted like a frozen TV dinner and the small square of lasagna was not quite worth the price. I didn't even get bread.

First time coming here. Our service was great! No wait time. They give you a bread basket for starter. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer, which was really good. I ordered the Alfredo with shrimp... which tasted great.. but the noodles were not boiled all the way.. also came with a soup, which was tasteful.

The experience with respect to other Andiamo's locations was sub par. The food was average at best (Some of it was half cooked). The same items are served differently in other locations.

Second Andiamo location in two weeks- less than great at both spots (Fenton & Livonia). Got filet medium rare at both places and they were medium well. Meat quality not what it used to be either. In general, this chain has really gone way downhill. Sad because this used to be our favorite restaurant.

Andiamo is always delicious. I had the lasagna since I was hungry. Our server was very attentive and helped with which drinks we might like. We were so full we didn't have dessert, but I love their tiramisu based on past visits! We were there for 2 hours. It's a comfortable place and quiet enough to share conversations with friends.

Horrible!! The only good thing was the water ! Went in to eat with my boyfriend for a late valentine day dinner our waiter’s name was Jayson and our service was absolutely horrible he was not able to answer questions that we had on a few items off of the menu everything he said started with “um” but to top it off at the very end he made change to us at the table with him digging into his pockets to find a bunch of 1’s and 5’s it looked like a drug deal at the table of a very nice restaurant then when we asked about dessert he did not mention desserts off of the dessert tray we had to ask him about it because we herd another server mention it and to top it off with the service he constantly was touching his face at the table also very unprofessionalMoving onto the food I had the filet and my boyfriend had a chicken dish my filet tasted like it sat under a heat lamp for 3 hours it was so dry it also tasted like it had been sitting in salt for days it was horrible for the chicken dish it was just okay but it was also cold and bland if I could give the service and food 0 stars I would

I wish the Dearborn location remained opened because we absolutely loved it. Andiamo is one of my all time favorites. We decided to go to the Livonia location with high hopes. Food was just ok here. Service was just ok. We left disappointed.
