I got bad case of food poisoning at this location. from a loaded Italian sub i ordered in the drivethru about 4pm on oct 26th 2025. Couple hours later extreme gut pain and tons of diarrhea for a few days. I could not leave the house but eventually had to go to urgent care. thought i was gonna lose my stomach out of my bottom. Never will i eat here. I bet the meat was left out or the sub was premade and never picked up by a dasher…who knows. But i know i was sick and that was the only thing i ate that day.

They will NEVER FAIL to miss stuff in your order, I’ve ordered from them many times and got the French dipper every time they have missed the sauce? They can never seem to actually do their job and get the order right, they also super slow. If you order from here be ready for wait a minimum of 15 minutes for cold and disgusting food, made wrong. Please do not go here and save your money and time, go to a different location that can actually place your order correctly.

Staff on phone was unapologetical and even confrontational on the phone and lied saying they made the food fresh (it was 93.4 degrees.)
They didnt give a receipt and wont give a refund without one.

Ordered the steak bites thru Grub Hub. The strak bites were awful, they were burnt, they were over microwaved. The french dip arrived cold. Arbys should be ashamed of themselves.

I watched my food hit the floor at the drive thru window. The girl looked up and knew she was caught trying to put the food into the bag. She asked me to pull around front so new food could be made. There was nobody behind me. 5 mins later, I am pretty sure the same food was delivered anyway. It was not even close to hot. Plus upon delivery, she never spoke which was rude. To Arby’s….it happens. My food should have been remade and fresh then delivered with an apology. 8 Mile Rd store in Livonia, MI. Baaaad and not happy.

I should have kept my receipt to get back my cash it was $7.47 I was there today around 2:30ish I ordered the $7 meal the turkey gyro. I don't like having to do this but that $7 meal was every bit worth of $7 the french fries you could tell we're still not really warm turkey gyro loaded full of sauce and I didn't realize what kind so I couldn't eat. They Switched it out. It's a very poor quality poor. I will never go back if I had my receipt I would love to just get my money back it was $7.47 if you can look on your cash register and see that would be great the gentleman that helped me was a little shorter and he was wearing glasses. You just can tell that the food comes in Frozen and it's just isn't good. Getting my money back would make me very happy
Came to the drive-thru about 9:30 at night, there was one car ahead of me in the drive through line and one car parked outside. It took a solid 10 minutes just to be able to place my order. Once I got up to the window and paid I had to wait yet another 10 minutes to get my food. And once I got my food? It was the wrong thing and the employee tried claiming I ordered something completely different. The icing on the cake was getting no napkins or receipt. Never coming back to this location
