This is our first time visiting Arby's. We bought two "Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwichs". The taste of the food was good, the major disappointment was the food was not served hot. It was just under luke warm. If it would have been served hot that would made out visit much better.

I went after work today. Pulled up to drive through , my order was taken right away, and minutes after I pull up to pay, my food was ready to go. The service was perfect. And my food was just the way it should have been. Very impressed….
Barely lukewarm fries that were supposed to be a large and looked like a small, maybe a teaspoon of ranch, and three tiny little pieces of bacon. The service was great, too bad the food and value for my money wasn't. Never again Arby's!
