They were taking so long and then when I finally got my food, it was cold and hard. When I asked for more, we waited for almost 45 minutes before we got our food. My food was still cold and hard. The strawberry lemonade was good though.
Waited 30 mins to then receive raw mini hotdog pretzels and an attitude from the cashier

This was, simply put, the greatest auntie Anne's experience I have experienced, or will ever experience. The atmosphere, the speed of which I was served the deliciously prepared entrées, for which I ate, the prices, at which the food was served - all of it combined to create a symphony of fast food service that excelled anything I had previously experienced. Truly a life-changing experience. Please come here to this specific establishment and ask for Michael as your server. Life. Changing. Period.

Lady behind the counter was terrible made me wait for my order when she was doing nothing and I saw my order behind her idk if she was having a bad day but terrible service the young man behind the counter was helpful

The pretzels are very tasty . I don't like the salt so I have an option to get unsalted. The drinks have the right amount of sugar. Awesome!

Went for a pretzel. Then I was told by the child that worked there that the pretzels in the display case were just that displays. Was told that it would be about 25 minutes for a pretzel. Pretzel shop with no pretzels? Poorly managed

Did a mobile order via the app. Had pretzels bagged right away. Asked if they have any napkins and she said there were some in the bag. I get to my car and open the bag and NO NAPKINS!! She lied!! I had also asked if the pretzels were freshly made and she said they were just made. Once again, she lied!! Pretzels were NOT fresh and soft. Very surprised, I’ve never had issues with this location before until now.
