The service was great. After I placed my order for a half slab of ribs, my waiter informed me because they were so busy that I couldn't have a half slab of ribs, only a full slab, WHAT? Ok fine, I order the whole slab. He comes back and tells my father in law and says he can't get a half chicken only a whole. Really? I dont think I will ever understand the logic, but I guess the waiter should tell me what I can and can't order. Or if I ever go back I will ask what I'm allowed to order.

Food was really great! Love all their sauces and how you can try them all with no extra cost(my favorite was the 321 and mustard sauces)! My family loved it all!!! Seven was a wonderful server! We will be back!

If I could give more than 5 stars for food and service I would.Hands down the best BBQ around here from the awesome ribs to the mac n cheese and potato salad. Jill was our waitress and was very friendly and attentive. You get a lot of food for the price and won’t be disappointed.

I was in town for work trip and I ordered Uber Eats, my first order was stolen by the driver so I had to reorder again. The young lady over the phone went above and beyond! to make sure my second order arrived I really wish i remembered her name. But she was awesome and so was the manager. Outstanding customer service and excellent bbq! Thanks again Bad Brads BBQ for all the help!

My goodness. Hands down, zero competition, best bbq ive had. From the wings to the brisket and man oh man, the burnt ends almost made me cry. Being recommended, run here!! This was our first time here and we loved it. *** Update *** I came back and everything was great, again!! Andy was our server and he took great care of us! We had the smores dessert and would recommend that to anyone with a sweet tooth!!
