Order the Island Snapper and it was delicious. I always enjoy the food there. Service was a little slow because the place was packed. We always go back to enjoy.

Got very sick from heat exhaustion here I almost collapsed at the table. When attempting to head inside not a manager or server in sight to ask or be made aware. Could hear the staff blatantly complaining how hot the covered patio was but they happily sat my elder family & I without asking preference beforehand. 1/2 way into my visit all staff disappeared running to go indulge in popsicles/ice cream rather getting the to-go box I asked for 4x & took over 20 mins to get just water. Server decided as we were signing checks to refill waters? When I called and spoke to a manager I was rudely transferred & handed off to another that did not follow through on her end with compensation. I’d like a refund instead & to warn others on mishap. 88° and your staff knowingly continued sitting people out in that miserable heat. This ruined my entire meal/experience dining out & could have been avoided.

I had an amazing experience at Bahama Breeze. I ordered the Jamaican Jerk Chicken and it was cooked perfectly – tender, flavorful, and full of authentic spices. I also tried their Bahama Mama cocktail, which was refreshing and balanced just right. The atmosphere was relaxing and tropical, and the service was fast and friendly. I was fortunate enough to meet the service manager Tess, she was very attentive and made sure our experience was above and beyond. Overall, it was above my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back for another great meal.

This restaurant sports almost sort of an indoor waterpark theme. A little reminiscent of going to a restaurant at a Caribbean resort. The food was decent although it was a little pricy I went for the Jamaican jerk chicken. The service is alright as well nothing to note about. Overall an ok experience.

It was a great experience to visit this place, we normally go to the Troy Mi location, but this was closed few months ago. The location in Livonia is 50 min, longer, but it was worthy. When we share where we were coming from, even the manager came and stay few minutes to sell why this location was worthy. Food was excellent, service extremely well served, location is fine near the highway, and price was always ok. Thanks to Matthew for making my wife and me as part of the family. +50 min more wait with res. Promised a 70 min wait time for food by waitress once seated. Waited 30 min for drinks to be ordered. Heard 3 major complaints on all the tables around us prior to drink order .. had to go ✌🏼
