Service was awful. We got there at 430, reservation was at 5:15, we were not seated until 640. We did not leave until 9:20pm. Someone got wings for an appetizer and we had some that were not cooked on the inside, we told them and they offered to give us 1 wing for the 1 big wing that we showed them was not cooked.. My friends steak over cooked and so dry they sent it back. My other friend had to send there pasta back because had things in it that she had wanted removed. By the time I got my meal, everyone I was with was already boxing up there food so we could leave. We asked so many times where my food was. When my food came, it looked dry and terrible. I sent it back. Waitress had a attitude. Manager took forever to come. Also, we had a huge ant on our table. Ruined my Mother’s Day completely. I left without having ate anything.

Worst Experience I’ve ever had eating out. Yesterday I took my Mom and Wife to this particular location for Mother’s Day with the expectations of getting really good service and food. Unfortunately to our surprise the food would be cold from the appetizer all the way to the main entrees we order. We placed our order 10 minutes after sitting down which included our appetizer. We received the appetizer maybe 10/15mins later which had to be sent back due to temperature being to cold. The issue with this is we had ordered drinks as well, we weren’t served any water or our alcoholic drinks until almost 45 mins into our visit. Once we received our food - one of the entrees was missing sides (Mash and Broccoli) which took an additional 30mins. The waiter had shown no type of consideration of anything. The Manager finally comes to the table and apologies and says that they’re really busy it’s a Holiday. ?Total was $94

Drinks are great, food is great, waitress was super nice. Ashley was a super friendly waitress, and she checked on us the perfect amount of times- not too frequently, but not too little. I am vegan and I got the black bean bbq burger with no cheese and it was Very tasty. The drinks are worth the price bc they give you a decent amount of alcohol. I got two drinks, and they were both very different in a good way. The margaritas aren’t too strong so I got a gin and tonic after I finished my margarita. I just love tequila and needed to try one. My mom got a steak with broccoli on the side, and I have to admit that I stole from her plate a little bc I love steamed veggies!Update: went for dinner after grad ceremony (for masters) and got a veggie burger! it was yummy!

Had the jerk chicken, it was good but my mom got the jerk chicken pasta and it was amazing. I should have gotten that. We had 11 people and everyone had a good time.
I personally have no reason to return, based on my food experience. Drinks were ok.

Went for lunch. Food was good.Everything is fried in the same fryer so be aware if you have food allergies. Whether if it is shrimp or fries or wings , they are cooked in the same fryer. Staff was great accommodating us. We enjoyed everything that we had including the drinks.The pineapple cheesecake empanades were so delicious! Perfection!.The red snapper was good but the rice was sticky like sushi and didn't seem as fresh. The sauce on it was very good. Wished that they had added more on the plate. The conch fritters were tasty and pretty. Not sure where the couch was in it though. Crab and cheese dip was good too. Drinks were large and tasty.The food could have been staggered better. One appetizer arrived when the the rest came afterward with the main meal.Overall I would return again.

There were 20+ people in our reservation. Once seated and ordered our waitress did not come back for over 40 MINUTES while we waited for our food. Nobody poured more water for us or give us pitchers, we did not have enough silverware on the table and plates for when our food did come. I had to go up to a group of waiters who were chit chatting and not helping paying customers and ask for assistance and they just looked at me and did absolutely nothing to help.I hope they work on training their staff because the customer service here was terrible. I will not be returning here

We rode the motorcycle from west toledo and the food and drinks were so good ..Definitely will have to come back .
