This was my first time at this location and I couldn't be happier. Fast, friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable young woman on Tuesday afternoon around 3:10 pm was simply amazing. I've been to many Baskin Robbins locations and this is the very best regarding quality, price, and cleanliness. My large vanilla malt with chocolate syrup had the perfect amount of syrup and malt powder. The other locations are constantly out of powder and they skimp on the portion of powder and syrup. The price is far more reasonable in Livonia compared to Novi, Wixom, and Farmington Hills. Usually those locations don't even have the malt powder in stock. I will gladly drive out of my way to patronize this Baskin Robbins location in the future. I believe in rewarding a very well managed establishment!

Josh was just the worst I came in and he was rude and he was just flirting with his girlfriend the whole time and when I was asking for help he was giving dirty looks and when he served me he didn’t wash his hands and he had just stopped wiping the tables with the chemicals I told them I was allergic to peanuts and they still didn’t wash the scooper. They just served me with it and I watched them with my own two eyes I informed him that I was allergic and I just threw it away and decided to make a review didn’t even taste Josh should not be working there he was just so rude and was lying I was in Michigan on a trip and decided to try there ice cream and it was the worst experience overall I don’t recommend coming here just because Josh works there manger needs to do something fast. And food was mid at best definitely not worth the money 2.5/10 wouldnt recommend

This place was just the worst experience the manager is no help just rude I walked in and my kids were asking to try the flavours and just ignored them one of the workers his name is Josh he’s rude disrespectful and is dating a girl while working so the whole time I tried to help he kept going back and forth talking to his girlfriend and back and my kids were in the building if you’re gonna have a business hire people who are not dating Josh was just so mean and I was trying my best to stay calm because my kids were around Josh was no help so I asked his girlfriend for help and he was just so rude because she saw that i wasn’t respecting Josh overall Josh needs to get fired and stop lying on peoples names worst place do not recommend everyone is dating if I could give it lower than one star I would this is my honest review I hope the manger sees this

Excellent service always. Never having anyone that works there with a negative attitude or issues. Highly recommended to all families and ice cream lovers. The only issue? They are usually out of the best flavors and they try their best in obtaining more like Cookie Monster and Pistachio-Almond.

We had a mix-up on our end with our cake pickup time, but Lorraine drove back to the store - even though she had left for the evening - to finish our cake for my mother's 80th birthday!!! Absolutely fabulous service, and the cake looked beautiful.

I asked the young lady to make my chocolate fudge shake as "chocolatey" as possible. She suggested a way to do so. It was chocolate divine. Stop in asked for hot fudge instead of chocolate syrup. Perfect day for a perfect shake. Thank you BR staff. ❤️

The best service and the staff are always polite and ready to serve you. Samples given and they are very polite. They keep the line moving quickly. This is the cleanest Baskin - Robbins around. They care about image and customers. Keep up the great work.
