We had a mix-up on our end with our cake pickup time, but Lorraine drove back to the store - even though she had left for the evening - to finish our cake for my mother's 80th birthday!!! Absolutely fabulous service, and the cake looked beautiful.

I asked the young lady to make my chocolate fudge shake as "chocolatey" as possible. She suggested a way to do so. It was chocolate divine. Stop in asked for hot fudge instead of chocolate syrup. Perfect day for a perfect shake. Thank you BR staff. ❤️

The best service and the staff are always polite and ready to serve you. Samples given and they are very polite. They keep the line moving quickly. This is the cleanest Baskin - Robbins around. They care about image and customers. Keep up the great work.

Normally I love coming here. We always get the same thing so i know how much it costs, but this time I got charged 1.39 for one cherry on my son's scoop of ice cream. I get that the sprinkles are extra but if I was going to be charged that much for one little cherry I would have passed on it. Use to love coming here but now I feel like they nickel and dime you for everything.

This is a great Baskin Robbins location. They had three employees working when I stopped by. They were friendly and helpful. Best of all for me - prepacked quarts of Baseball Nut ice cream. I will stop by for ice cream again.

My husband and I live 2 minutes from the Grand River location and drive past it plus another 10/15 minutes to get here. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, location is clean, they have all the flavors (unlike Grand River which has a good 10 flavors out of 3638282 on the website), we have no complaints. Best location in the area by FAR

It would be great if they actually allowed people to sit down and eat, especially in the winter. Ever since 2020 the chairs remain stacked in a corner and it’s not very inviting for those taking children for an ice cream….
