Bay Root Street Food

I am not the one to normally get food at the gas station but after looking at the menu, I decided to order a burger and fries and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much. Definitely will be back when I come back that way.

Stumbled across this place when I stopped to get gas by one of my company warehouses. I am not normally one to try food vendors inside gas stations but everything smelled so good so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Beef Shawarma Rice bowl and OMG. Not only are the portions hefty, this was one of the best Shawarma bowls I’ve ever had. Their house sauce is phenomenal and I love that they use turmeric rice instead of regular. Whoa. This might be the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Came up to town in Romeo to grab some food and saw Bay Root food truck. They were at the Marathon gas station at the four corners in town. I saw they were Lebanese food and I love that so gave it a shot and ordered their Chicken Shwarama.
