I came in for lunch and ordered a wrap. The person who took my order both looked and acted like he didn’t want to be at work. The wrap was thrown together and was borderline dry. I asked for a side of dressing and for $1.50 it wasn’t even filled up completely. I use to rave about this location but it is slowly becoming like other locations that I refuse to go to because of customer service and the quality of the food.

The food was good. She double checked with my about allergies as well informed me on what was best for me to get on the menu. I didn’t like that they didn’t use bacon pieces and used bacon bits.

I ordered a juice with no ice. When I picked it up I noticed their was ice in it. I told the employee and instead of making me a new juice they dumped out the ice and gave me half my juice back that was watered down. I notified management and they did not rectify the situation. All I got was a sorry which is frustrating for paying $10 for a drink. I usually have great experiences at other locations

Came in on my lunch break for a wrap and a smoothie. I received my wrap but waited over 20 mins after with no communication from staff that there will be a wait. There was only one person in there aside of me. I watched them make multiple smoothies for to go orders that had not arrived yet. When I asked the manager Javon about the wait I received I really nasty remark and him mumbling under his breathe that he can give me my money back. Very unprofessional so I expressed the inconvenience and was told by Javon that “you don’t have to have an attitude about it”. Even though I was inconvenienced on my lunch and didn’t have time to get another smoothie which is required as part of my strict meal plan. I asked to speak to whomever was in charge over him and he would not give me information to speak to his higher up. I was highly disappointed and will never come back to this location again as long as Javon is managing. West Bloomfield location ALWAYS has top tier customer service! Go there instead ❤️

This was their second time I had a bad service experience, and I waited to see if it was a one time thing before posting here - although the ingredients seem fresh, the way the staff fold the wrap makes it crumble at the first lift, you would imagine that a place thst only serves salad and wraps would train their employees to fold the wraps so the customers can eat all the content without everything falling apart.
This does not make me want to come back.

Customer service was good food is definitely tasty! The smoothie was yummy But my southwestern wrap had a piece of plastic in it that I chewed on for a minute before I noticed it aaa a piece of plastic!! I am done eating that wrap, and I can bring it back if wanted !

We come in at 12:30, order two salads. Took 30 minutes to receive, even though we ordered before the whole line, came out last. I’ve gone to many beyond’s and this location does not serve the same serving size as other stores. 2 salads are 40 dollars, and was half the size they normally are. Very disappointed in this staff and location. Will not be back

I scheduled my order to be ready at 12:30 and I went there a little early so I was fine with waiting. However I had to wait 20 minutes past my pickup time. Then when my order was finally ready my wrap was missing things, that one of which I paid extra for. I had them remake it so I had to wait longer and then after they remade it, it was still missing things, and was falling apart. If i’m paying $15 for a wrap it should be right and better quality for that amount of money.

Food was good. The kale was fresh and the extras I ordered were present and made the meal tasty. I am vegan. I was a little surprised that a place with health food at its advertised core does not have a vegan option without modification. But what I had was good. The inside of the establishment is a little cramped. We were a group of 3 and there wasn't really a convenient place for us to sit together.

Sandwich was cold and gross! Smoothie was in the wrong cup so I couldn’t see if there was any coconut smear, but I definitely didn't taste it. Smoothie did not taste good and was chewy. Nothing tastes good. Throwing both away!

Worker was spraying Lysol all while two workers were trying to prepare food. This same worker restocked the pineapples with the same gloves she was cleaning with. She sprayed Lysol on our food. We got a refund and walked out and the lady behind us walked out. I asked her why not spray the towel then wipe. I believe she was spraying deliberately. And the other two workers seemed scared of her. She clearly bullied the girl making our sandwiches. She did not have a pleasant demeanor.
On July 9th between 11:45am - 1pm. I can’t remember the exact time, but I’m sure it was between those hours. Me and my mom stopped in for brunch. As the worker was making our sandwiches, another worker came out cleaning. Spraying Lysol and wiping down. Well she turned and sprayed Lysol on me and my mom’s sandwiches as the girl was making them. She sprayed it directly in the direction of our food. I saw the mist go on our food and all over the prepped food on the sandwich station. She then sprayed Lysol on the sandwich toaster and right after that the girl making our sandwiches went to toast our sandwiches. I immediately brought this to my mom’s attention because she’s elderly, and she didn’t see it happen. We refused the food and got a refund. As I was telling the other two girls, who were really nice, what had happened, the girl who sprayed the Lysol began to argue with me. I wasn’t going to argue because she knew what she had did. And as we were walking out the girl who sprayed the Lysol said “have a nice day” no remorse or anything. How would she like it if she goes somewhere with her mom and they’re treated that way. My mom even started tearing up when she realized she wasn’t getting her food. This was terrible. I couldn’t stop thinking about it so I decided to leave my experience with this worker.
