When this place first open, it was cool. The people do not know how to make sandwiches. I went and got a sandwich yesterday the southwest sandwich and it was so loose. I couldn’t even eat it. I just went back again, giving them another chance and got a salad, a car, bacon, chicken, and Cobb salad and tell me whether there is no chicken in the salad. It is more lettuce in here than anything Pitiful

Amazing spot compared to the other ones! Cameron especially! She really accommodated to my order and always had a smile on her face even tho i was a pain in the butt. So thank you to her. Made my experience here , memorable.

Got a smoothie which we get at other Beyond Juicery locations & it tasted completely different. It tasted like cough syrup, and we could not even finish it. I was only able to stomach a few sips before I felt like puking. It also was not even cold either. Asked the staff if they could remake it and they would not. They also would not refund it. Really disappointing service. I would recommend folks go to the Farmington location.

We were planning a trip to Dearborn and were going to go to your restaurant until we saw the video of how unprofessional and rude your employees were. You had the opportunity of free good press and instead your employees chose rude, hateful, unconstitutional behavior. You allow your employees to practice exclusionary tactics of turning away customers. We also noticed that the vocabulary of your manager using profanity in front of children and other customers in an abusive manor is very unacceptable. I will share the video and information with all of our associates to not solicit your business and or any of your other locations. YES it truly is that bad of a representation for your establishment.

My husband and I went for a lunch date. We enjoyed the wraps and smoothies. We tried the chili and it was good but more like a veggie soup consistency with a little meat in it but still good. Id have to say the pricing is high but we will be going back to try more.

Customer service is hit or miss, today I bought an aloha with ginger and total energy which are the same color, they did not bother to label them, when I asked they mixed them up and we ended up drinking the opposite smoothies. They also put WAY too much ginger in their smoothies, I know this because I have had ginger smoothies at the northville location and it doesn’t overpower everything else, all you can taste is the ginger. They also never keep their refrigerator stuck so if you’re going for pressed juice or shots chances are they won’t have them. I suggest driving extra to go to the northville or novi location
