We got there 6:40 didn’t get out drinks until 7:15 our door at 7:38. Meanwhile the table that sat behind me came way after us got there food before us and the table across of got there way after us got her food ate it all once again before we got ours. Than two more tables sat and had their food with in 10 minutes of being there. Plus the server forgot my husbands refill when she walked by to give us our bill he reminder her he needs his drink she laughed and thought is was funny. Talked to manger all he said was I’ll talk to her and give us another chance. No it’s a hard pass. We will not be going back.

We haven't been to Big Boy in a while as the food started going downhill. We were pleasantly surprised as the quality has improved greatly. Debra our waitress was the sweetest most hard-working person I have ever encountered there. Thank you Debra for The great service. We appreciate you!

The fish wasn't good. My onion ring batter was not tasty and they were cold. It took a long time to get our order. And they weren't busy. The waitress was very unprofessional. Forgot half the stuff. I never did got a lemon for my water. And she got the bills mixed up. I would not recommend this place at all.

I dine at this location reguarly almost once a week i love the food its always tasty and the staff is great, however its always a pleasure being sat in Debras section. She is just such a kind quick and attentive server it is always wonderful being waited on by her. Her kindness has once again made our night

I brought my two young daughters in to eat. One had a bathroom emergency so our whole table had to head to the bathroom. I left my keys in the middle of the table to show we were still there. All of our food and shakes were cleared off the table even though the kids meals and shakes were barely eaten yet. They knew we were still there because they left the bill and the food I ordered to take my husband home on the empty table next to my keys! There was also a waitress at the waitress station in front of me swearing/complaining about work openly. Highly unprofessional, my money was completely wasted, and I will not be back. It’s hard enough having to take two kids out alone, I didn’t expect for it to also be a complete waste of money. I had to make dinner at home for them since they didn’t eat.
I went in to purchase dessert only for my parents, slice of cherry pie and coconut cream. They enjoyed the treat.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak and what they served me was a hamburger patty cut into thick chunks and shoved in a sub sandwich bun. It was like the chef knew they made a mistake halfway through cooking the food and didn’t bother correcting it and served it to me anyway.
