Ok. This place is awesome. if this is how Shaq’s Momma cooked then I wanna smooch that woman’s cheeks. Damn. I got the Pit Boss. So dang tasty. The sauce is perfectly sweet and smoky with that hint of vinegar and pepper. As a Texan living far away from my home state, this is a taste of all the best parts of being a southerner. Fried chicken with that perfect thin crispy crust, delicious sauces (the cholula mayo and the carolina gold are so good!), and the fact it’s fried fresh to order… that’s a winner. This is our first time here and will NOT be our last.

I went the other day and it was my first time here. I ordered the #3 Shaq Attack Meal which was $13.49 and to my surprise didn't come with the meal. The chicken was dry and the fries were basic fries. As I was waiting for my food I saw one of the employees just chilling sitting on the counter (as captured in the picture). I understand being bored at work however your feet on the counter is a no no.

The food was great but the sauces/condiments and sides were better than the chicken; the chicken wasn't that memorable. I'll be back since it was good overall though.
We were really disappointed with our visit. While the food did come out in about 10–15 minutes and seemed fresh, it just didn’t taste good. The sauce was unpleasant, the fries were lukewarm, and none of my family enjoyed their meals. One person in our disliked the chicken sandwich so much that he couldn’t even finish it, saying it had a bad aftertaste. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this place.

Tried for the first time. Went inside. Service was slow with only one customer inside and maybe two in the drive-thru. Also, it was interesting to see that they allow workers to vape inside near the food. Will not be back.

Forget about price would have went to try it if it cost double what I paid but with that out the way. The chicken had been deep fried about three times. I could barely chew thru it. Couldn't finish it.wifes meal same. And what takes the cake is there was no one in there but us which u would think u would make the only costumers something fresh on a Friday. Sad shaqs has his name on this place. One and done!!

Missed two 5 pc tenders. Receipt was in bag and refused to replaced missed items. Manager kept calling my father buddy and man too which was really weird.
