A very nice young man at the window. I don't know if is me or him, but the three times I was there He got my order wrong. Simple a misunderstanding. My only suggestion is for him to repeat back the order. He was very friendly and seem like what he is doing.

This place is amazing! On only the second time I've been there, the barrista remembered how I like my coffee and the size. When I went in recently and had a head cold, someone recommended a lemon soother. It was a perfect hot, lemon-forward beverage perfect to clear my head and soothe my sore throat. The place is also very clean. Highly recommend!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a coffee shop. I went to Biggby Coffee this morning for a small iced coffee that cost 4.55 and paid with 100.55 in cash. The cashier gave me incorrect change and immediately insisted she was right. No matter how many times I explained that the change was wrong she refused to listen and kept telling me I must have misplaced the money.

It was beyond frustrating because instead of double checking she treated me like I was lying. Only when the manager came out and checked the register did they find the mistake sitting right there.

Even after that when I asked for the corporate number to report the issue the staff refused to give it to me. The coffee itself was fine but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I will not be back and if you expect to be treated like a human or receive good customer service do not go here.

Pretty much use the drive thru. Great service, friendly people and accurate orders.

My go to for coffee. I love that this is a local company, Michigan grown. The quality is consistent. I can order the same coffee ( and I do) every day and it is exactly the same no matter what store I go to. Biggby is my favorite.

As always coffee was fantastic. They got a little busy, so there was a small wait. Change of shift happened and thing were confusing. Still good coffee and freindly staff.

My favorite Biggby with my favorite baristas Danielle, Lydia, Lauren, and Maggie! Everyone is so nice and they make the best turkey havarti!!!!

Stopped in today for a tea and bragel. There was 1 person in the store, and only me in the drive thru. They took so long to make my bragel that they made me leave the drive thru and go park. Me and you still no one else there. I waited until I had to leave for work and had to leave with no bragel. So now I'm out the 5 6 bucks I spent one it, and now I have to spend 20 plus dollars on door dash or go hungry today. Thanks for that!

I drove thru with a 4 person coffee order. It was completed correctly, promptly, and in a friendly manner.

The cafe is rarely busy and there is pretty much always seating available. The setup is weird though and their staff is really loud. They sometimes blast the drive thru over an indoor intercom so you have to listen to everyone place their orders and the staff try to scream over it. It’s just a cacophony inside.
