My go to for coffee. I love that this is a local company, Michigan grown. The quality is consistent. I can order the same coffee ( and I do) every day and it is exactly the same no matter what store I go to. Biggby is my favorite.
The cafe is rarely busy and there is pretty much always seating available. The setup is weird though and their staff is really loud. They sometimes blast the drive thru over an indoor intercom so you have to listen to everyone place their orders and the staff try to scream over it. It’s just a cacophony inside.
Very nice staff. They were fast, store was clean and nice. It was my first time here and I’m always nervous about going to a biggby that I don’t KNOW but I was very happy with the service
