This location has an upcharge for plant milks. I don't drink cows' milk because cows only produce milk after pregnancy just like humans, and this milk is intended for their young and is the perfect combination of nutrients and hormones for a baby calf. Humans have no nutritional requirements for cow’s milk just like we have no nutritional requirements for cat’s milk or pig’s milk... Please drop the upcharge. Thank you.

I absolutely love this location. All of the staff is super nice and patient. I have never had an issue with absolutely anything at this location. Shout out to the one young man always working in the morning. He is very sweet and kind.

I love their coffee. In fact, I prefer it over Starbucks. Especially the specialty coffees that I get that aren't on the menus like the Nutty Squirrel & the German Mocha...yum!

Very professional and friendly service. I asked about their Michigan Cherry coffee because I'm not a regular coffee drinker, but I love this flavor. I can't find it at any of the locations. But this employee, I believe he was the manager, let me know that sometimes they sell it in the packages so you can make it at home. I thought that was nice of him. I will be calling periodically to check if I don't find it online. Very nice location. The doughnut holes are excellent if you want a small, reasonably priced snack!

I would give zero stars, if possible. I went to this location because I was going to another store in the plaza and saw a holiday drink I might like. I entered at approximately 1:10 pm today and there was one customer ahead of me. I made direct eye contact with a female employee who was doing nothing but telling a story to the one working. The one employee finished the other customer's order and they continued talking for another couple minutes. I left since they obviously didn't want my business. Don't worry, Bigby Coffee at 7 Mile and FarmingtonRd. I will never darken your doorstep again. That's no way to treat a neighbor.

I've been coming to this Biggby for over 5 years or longer and I will drive out of my way to go to this location over another. Love Bob's staff and they no the way I like my coffe made.
I often come on Friday mornings as a treat to myself… love the free shot. This morning 10/25 it was soooo busy. Busiest I’ve ever seen it. The girls, even though they were probably stressed…. So nice. So friendly and have a smile on their face the whole time. That’s awesome… cheers to them!
