kya ir kyla was an excellent server. First my food came out cold, sent back and then it came back only the meat was warn and rest was still cold. At that point I decided I no longer wanted the food and just decided on dessert instead. Dessert was excellent, cookie was a little burnt on the edges. The temperature in the restaurant was very cold. I asked the host if they would adjust just a little, to no avail. Overall, my guests were pleased for the most part and we all agreed...
BJs has become my favorite "go-to" for dining out. Their menu is very diverse and offers plenty to choose from. I have yet to order something there and not enjoy it. I'm not a beer drinker, but if you are, they offer a very diverse menu there as well! Of course, my favorite is the meal deal they offer with an individual-sized Pizookie - their signature warm cookie, fresh out of the oven, with a scoop of ice cream on top. And the servers are always very friendly....
Had a group of 9 people with a reservation and the table was ready for us upon arrival. Service was excellent being warmly greeted at the door, and waitstaff attentive, timely and friendly. Bar beverages and food were tasty with nice presentation. Never felt rushed or neglected. It was a very pleasant experience for all. Will definitely return.
