Very good meal! The breast/thigh chicken was moist on the inside, crispy on the outside- flavorful and not dry at all- Tasted like chicken? The coleslaw is tangy sweet and delicious! My favorite outside of my own recipe- The mashed potatoes were eh…and why brown gravy and not gravy that tastes like chicken gravy? The potatoes have that potato flake mix flavor that I’m not a fan of- The biscuits aren’t fluffy and taste ok-- The sides were part of the meal and perfect size- Some places give you small lil sides-We plan to be back but I’m concerned because they are changing their name to Motor city chicken- Does this mean broasted bros sold business? ?Hope it makes it- Although there are more chicken places than ever, they aren’t all good- This is at the top of my list ?

We eat here weekly and we love it. I have to eat gluten free so I can eat somewhere safely with my husband without having to worry. We usually get the tenders and wedges but, the baked beans are good too. I would probably season the gf ones just a lil more though as my only suggestion.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options with dedicated fryer.

The BEST wings I've ever had.You're probably wondering who I am and what the heck do I know about chicken wings?That's fair, however I'll give you some background in my chicken wing adventures.I had my first great chicken wing right outside Rammstein AB, Germany.After Germany, my former military friends introduced me to Soul Food from a gentleman who's from Mississippi and I also ventured to "Down 2 the Bone BBQ" in Brandon, Florida.I traveled to my home state of Michigan after my military service and was hoping one day I'd find an establishment that had that "feel" of Soul Food.I found it here and I hope one day you will experience it for yourself.Thank you to everyone here who makes the dream work!
