We came in for a little lunch Monday and ordered a bottle of wine it was a cute little place and the server was immaculate with her server she said her name was Kaitlyn. We’ve had her once before but never got a chance to leave a review.

Kaitlyn was absolutely fantastic we had a party of four and she went above and beyond to make our first time and buca special, she didn’t leave us anytime to ask for anything we needed drinks she already knew and had them before we could ask. She was taking a large party in the other room when we got there but she still prioritized us. We got the chicken carbonara and mozzarella caprse. It was delicious. I needed to let the company know how lucky they are to have a server like Kaitlyn working for them. We will be back. Keep up the good work.
Got seated in the same room as some 16 year old birthday party and they were extremely loud and super inconsiderate of anybody else there. I understand this restaurant hold a lot of party but the noise and chaos in that room was so unbearable and made the evening out very unpleasant. Food was okay, nothing amazing. Saddest part was for a table of 6, we only got one small piece of bread roll to share between us all. They might as well have not give us anything. Probably won’t come back again.

Got catered for Mother’s Day the last two years. In 2022 they completely forgot my chicken parmigiana. I had to go back and wait for them to make it. It’s an extremely busy day so I tried to give them another chance. In 2023 I made the same order. I made sure everything was there before I left. This time the chicken was completely raw in the middle. That was after I left a 20% tip on takeout. Definitely on my boycott list for Mother’s Day this year and years to come.

Everything was wonderful the food was great, service was wonderful, and my server was amazing, Miranda definitely made sure we didn’t want for anything and made me feel so welcome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends. Thank you a wonderful experience with this being my first time here.

Picked up an order of chicken limone from Buca's yesterday. Menu said it feeds 3 for $32.99.Was it crazy for me to assume we would get pasta with this for that amount of money? Instead when I got home I found 3 small pieces of chicken and had to make our own pasta...sorry but that's ridiculous for that price. They said it comes with a "loaf" of bread....umm you mean the roll? Huge rip off in my opinion....never again.

With the prices they charge , if they run out of house bread, they should offer a subscription. Lasagna is better with bread.

I came here almost a year ago and finally have time to leave a review about this place. The owner sits at the bar and is very strange. Food is all microwaved and not fresh they cannot change anything from the menu because its all frozen garbage with pasta sauce thrown on top. If this place wasnt in livonia it would already be out of business

The food was phenomenal as always....So much flavor and the portions are obviously always huge....and as far as Customer Service I would like to give a shout out to Kat the Manager...She is incredible....So nice and outgoing and definitely went above and beyond to make sure my visit was a 10/10.....Hey Buca di Beppo give Kat a raise $$$.....She definitely deserves that and maybe a Company Car...ah hell throw a Vacation in there too...Thank you again Kat
