Ordered online and selected my flavors and chose all flats. After driving all the way there and getting back in the car do I learn “No guarantee on all flats”. I requested a refund being that I don’t like drums. I was also told I can’t get a receipt but check my card in 2 to 3 days. What a joke

The hostess was kinda rude. She tried to seat us at a high table in bar area crammed in between filled tables, while there were other tables available. I told her no we didn't want the table, she rolled here eyes at me . The table we got was ok, alittle cramped. The server was great tho, food just ok, the fries tasted old, not fresh at all. My grandson's love the place, personally me not too much.

We got here at 10pm then had to wait until 11:30 just for 2 burger meals and wings. When we finally got the food, it was all cold and not fresh at all. Aside from that, our server Jill was amazing, kind, understanding, and a great person.

Ordered two orders of 10 wings,fried pickles and a salad. Got home and 10 wings were missing. Called store. Talked to manager and was told they do not give refunds but we could come back for the missing wings. I guess it's on me for not checking the bags before leaving.

Ordered a 10 boneless wings lunch special, got 7 wings and they were the size of popcorn chicken, only got about 13 tater tots for over $13!!!! Provide what people pay for at least.... usually eat here since close to work, definitely won't again any time soon, shameful, actually theft! what a disappointment

Other people at our table ordered chili cheese fries loaded it came to them as a small not a large and then the waitress told us they were measuring them they had to order three of them to equal one that they normally buy some 12 year old kid was delivering our food at 9:30 don't know what's going on at that location but the food was not good

I placed an order for pickup at 11:20 PM totaling $41.82, and when I arrived at 11:45 PM, I was told they needed to “check with a manager” to see if my food would even be made because the kitchen had already closed at 11:30. So why was I allowed to place the order in the first place? Now I have to wait 5–7 business days just to get my money back for food I never received. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. Think twice before coming here or ordering online after hours, they clearly don’t have their system together.

After leaving another place disappointed, we came to Buffalo Wild Wings and it was night and day. From the moment we sat down, the staff was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Our server checked on us often, made sure our drinks were full, and got our food out quickly even though it was busy.
The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for to watch the Chiefs game, tons of TVs, great energy, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect from BWW.
Big shoutout to the whole team for turning our night around. We will definitely be coming back here for future games.

Worst “smash burger” ever! Burnt to a crisp! Cheese wasn’t melted the slightest bit! Triple bacon burger with no BACON! Diet dew in a bottle that was dated last year! Walked out after mngr did absolutely nothing! Would NEVER, EVER go or recommend! Save your $$$$ trust me
