there were people in front of me and in back out of me so I couldn't get out of line and I was in the damn drive thru line for 1.5 hrs!!!!!

I try very hard to give the benefit of the doubt, I overlooked the wait in the drive through, but what made me give a review was the fact they told me they were waiting on my onion rings, I get home its 5 cold old onion rings. If u dont have any more just say thst.

Wanted to surprise my child with the SpongeBob whopper after her class. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. The cashier was nice and he communicated with me but sheesh.
This isn't slander against the company, I just wish that the proper staff was available. Oh and there were no Patrick pies available so we opted for the Hershey pie instead.

We’ve heard 3 drive thru orders placed over the speaker and they were filled before ours. Literally can’t make this up

Incredibly rude! I was giving my drink through order, and as I was about to give my drink option the employee yells at me through the speaker for it. Not in a manner as of, maybe the speaker is not working, but legitimately YELLS at me for a drink option. Then mumbles the next question and is irritated with me for asking what she said.

Worst BK ever. I waited forever, they screwed my order up royally, drive thru refused to do 2 separate orders and said that theu weren't allowed to do that. Apparently Im on the clock and dont have time for bs. Get your stuff together or shut it down. Fire everyone

So that new SpongeBob meal is alright in my opinion the best thing was the pie. But it was cool to be a kid again for a moment.

I’d give a zero! They don’t deserve 1 star! Ordered the sponge bob bundle, they put it all in a bag. Fries instead of the tots. Then threw the pie in the box. Sloppy! Food was ice cold. And when I told the employees they all were too dumb to fix it. $15 for the meal and it was sloppy, wrong items and ice cold! Trash!

Took my payment on the App no one showed up to open the restaurant at 7:55 am. When I used the HELP on the App it offered my money returned in 5-7 business days. I could not afford to get breakfast somewhere else. Worst chain ever. I was even more upset when I saw McDonald's was open across the street but I had already paid Burger King. McDonald's refunds instantly.

It is not the same Burger King as it was 5 years ago when there's only one person running cashier cooking prepping and processing the foods at 6:30 in the morning it's very slow and takes a while just for five piece French toast stick took almost 10 minutes to get and there's nobody in line
