The service is great, the lady who took my order was very kind and very good at her job. She asked all the right questions and my order was correct. The food is decent enough. It's fast food, but it's usually pretty consistently good. Atmosphere is nice and quiet.

Like the food but staffing is an issue. Drive through is always super slow. Like 20 to 30 minutes between placing your order and leaving at the livonia MI location. Staff are friendly.
