Do NOT come here. They're the slowest and most disorganized people ever! Took over half an hour just to get my meal and they brought the wrong order, so I had to wait another 15 min for them to bring the right order, ridiculous!

picture waiting 10 mins in line with only 1 car ahead of you no cars in drive through behind you for a BACON & sausage ONLY croissant sandwich with small hash browns but THEY GIVE U A SANDWICH WITH EGG and cheese on it so now you have to rewait because the cook couldn’t read a screen that shows the directions of what to put and not put on a special made order

The broiler wasnt working when I went so they was only selling chicken and fish. It was still slow for them to not be selling burgers. My chicken nuggets was trash and of course cold.

Took over 15 minutes to get a whopper meal. Staff was nice, but they didnt seem to know what they were doing, or how to do it with any efficiency. Food was ok, but the lettuce on my whopper was gross, not crisp or fresh. Fries weren't hot.. just overall poor experience. Dining area was fairly clean, but they werent all that busy. Not sure why their staple meal takes 15 to 20 minutes to serve.

Went through the drive-through, and placed my order. Before I paid, I double checked my order: five dollar duo, extra hamburger patty on the side.
Paid. Drove all the way home…. I had a hamburger patty with condiments in a box and a bun wrapped in paper.
I am also a single mother of a six year-old and a two-year-old. So I can’t just jump in my car and go back. I have to either put my kids in the car or find a babysitter. Like, seriously?
I do get back to the Burger King show them what they gave me and told them what I ordered.
They said the window rang it up wrong.
I said OK then correct the order I would like a patty on the side and a whopper Junior.
They acted like it was my problem, and handed me a whopper patty by itself. I suspect they assumed I would scoop the condiments and whopper out of the box and put it in the bun in the paper; in order to make my own whopper Junior.

I just got done driving home, discovering their mistake, had to worry about kid problems in order to get back in the car and drive all the way back to them. And they can’t make my order correct?

I stood there and waited for them to make me another whopper Junior, and I’m the a hole?…

Get the orders correct then I won’t have to come back. They have any idea how hard it is to take care of two small children on their own and have to do these little trips because of their mistake!?

Thank them for their time and patience. And correct the order. I don’t care how it got wrong. I don’t care who you’re gonna blame when I leave.
I don’t care about the baby blame game you want to play.
I’m not your babysitter. Just fix the order and move on. Done.

I shouldn’t have to explain to an adult how to adult.

Ordered a wrap hard old chicken couldn't even bite into it. Didn't even tell us they were out of sourdough bread. Then ordered a meal no drink or fries. Just very bad service.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru with 3 cars in front of me. I got so tired of waiting I was getting ready to leave. Surely not fast food. I figured that the cars in front of me were getting big orders. 1 small bag each. I ordered 2 spicy wraps. The chicken was so overcooked that you could hardy eat it. Just terrible 😞. These were more like half wraps. I'll never go back again, and if you expect fast service, forget it.

You literally NEVER can order your food and get it at the window. Every single drive thru order gets told pull up and wait 5-10 minutes for your food. Always out of certain things. Today, fountain pop.
