Waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru with 3 cars in front of me. I got so tired of waiting I was getting ready to leave. Surely not fast food. I figured that the cars in front of me were getting big orders. 1 small bag each. I ordered 2 spicy wraps. The chicken was so overcooked that you could hardy eat it. Just terrible 😞. These were more like half wraps. I'll never go back again, and if you expect fast service, forget it.

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been through. Not just on one incident, but pretty much every time I go there. Incorrect orders, Long long waits, bad staff attitude and poor quality control are all common place here. Save your time and money for other better restaurants. If Unfortunately, you do end up there, if or when they screw things up, don’t bother trying to call because no one answers.
They gave me beyond burnt onion rings and thought it was OK and I called and asked for a refund. They gave me a attitude. I'm gonna go get my money back, but I just wanted it known to the public that this is what they serve you.
Its New Years Eve,had the worst experience here today. The woman working the drive thru was trying to take orders while taking a personal call on her cell phone, so very rude. Then she had us pull up right behind another car, where after waiting for 10 minutes, 2 guys come walking out of the dining room and get in the car....they had parked their car right in front of the drive thru....extremely rude! I don't what is going on in that place but this night had some very incompetent & the most unprofessional service I've ever seen here.

No Ice, No toilet paper in the mens bathroom. I'm also wondering when the pop machine was last cleaned out. Syrup was spraying everywhere when in use. I like Burger King but this location is not up to any high standards.

The door is always locked yet. They allow you to mobile order. So you come and wait in the drive. Through instead of walking in the store, employees are rude and very slow. Every order takes no less than 7 minutes to complete. If they cannot staff the store, they need to turn off the order ahead. Capabilities to prevent people from showing app with a false expectation of not waiting in the drive through. I would advise everyone to avoid the location at 7 mile and Middlebelt in Livonia.
