Waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru with 3 cars in front of me. I got so tired of waiting I was getting ready to leave. Surely not fast food. I figured that the cars in front of me were getting big orders. 1 small bag each. I ordered 2 spicy wraps. The chicken was so overcooked that you could hardy eat it. Just terrible 😞. These were more like half wraps. I'll never go back again, and if you expect fast service, forget it.

You wait behind two to three cars to move forward to pay at the second window behind the other cars and every single time you sit in line at the drive-thru window to move forward past the window and past the front of the building with two to three different car's to wait for an employee to bring out your order after you pay for your food. The General manager is a great leader. I work across the street at the cvs and multiple times have I seen his Burger King lined up with cars. Due to the lack of qualified staff customers are having to wait and he is doing a great job of running his team without yelling or insulting him.
