I ve been too many locations and never experience such disappointment. Cars were not moving accordingly in both lanes. No one wad taking orders like other locations and the service was slow like i never seen. 25 min to place the order with the speaker. Need better management.

Got home after ordering a meal with fries on the side there’s literally 6-7 tiny fries in my MEDIUM fry that were also freezing cold and stale… when you hold the box up you can’t even see fries that’s how low the box was… got these for 2 kids to share and there wasn’t enough to share

While placing my order, I asked the cashier, Zoe, to substitute creamy salsa for jalapeño salsa because I cannot tolerate the spice level of the jalapeño and cannot eat it. This was a substitution, not an added item. Despite that, she attempted to charge me extra for the creamy salsa. When I questioned the charge, she called over a manager named Corey, who insisted the upcharge was valid because creamy salsa is considered a “salad dressing.” The explanation was contradictory and didn’t make sense, as I was simply replacing one sauce with another due to dietary preference. Because the reasoning for the charge kept changing and made no sense, I chose to leave without making a purchase. About 5–10 minutes later, I called the restaurant to clarify the issue. Corey answered the phone, and when I asked him to confirm the name of the manager I had spoken with on site (which I knew was either Corey or Casey), the name suddenly changed to “Chris.” I am certain the manager was not named Chris. The manager was an African American male with large black ear plugs, making the individual unmistakable despite the name inconsistencies. The conflicting explanations, followed by the apparent use of a false name on the phone, raise serious concerns about transparency and integrity at this location. Charging inconsistently is one issue. Providing shifting explanations and questionable information is another entirely. Very disappointing experience.

This location is usually decent, but the drive-thru line can be pretty slow. However, today's order was pretty disappointing. I ordered a Spicy Deluxe and my Wife ordered a CFA Deluxe, but both sandwiches had Spicy chicken on them (my wife can't eat spicy food). I was already home, so she ordered door dash from somewhere else. The sandwich labels were switched, but didn't really matter. My chocolate shake was Vanilla and both fries were only 3/4 full. I didn't order large fries to only get a medium amount.

Whoever closed 12/20/25 named Khloe has a rude attitude, and closed the door in our face and got on her phone.. we asked a simple question about my mobile because the dude that passed the food out didn’t let us know that my salad wasn’t ready and she had an attitude for no reason… if you tired you should’ve stayed home!

First time I’ve visited this location beet to Chic Fil As all over the nation and never have I dealt with such terrible service. I ordered two combos and 12pc grilled nuggets, didn’t receive my fries, or nuggets, went back to get the rest of my order and they claimed I had to call and speak to a manager first before getting my order fixed, which has never been the case before. Mistakes happen but they then gave me deep fried 8pc nuggets and only 1 of my fries at that point I didn’t feel like going back and promised to myself to never visit this location again.
I ordered grilled chicken nuggets with chick fil a sauce. When I got home, there was no sauce in the bag. Then when I opened the nuggets, they were not grilled. I didn't want to drive 7 miles back so I tried them. They were dry and stringy. I remember why I never order them. I don't get carry out often so I was disappointed.

Went in for a catering order was supposed to be ready at 1130 didn't get handed to me till 1230. While they did give me some gift cards for the wait. An hour wait for a catering order is ridiculous.

Unfortunate badddd experience lastnight. Went through the drive thru and had to repeat my order from the start 4 separate times. Mind you it was just 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 kid meals. The cashier also had to ask my name 3 times. Not sure what was going on. The food I received was not fresh, it was cold and not great. Also only received one kids meal. The kids meal I did get was missing the toy and we did not receive a single sauce. Had to go out to another fast food place to get my other child food. Really disappointing as we were getting fast food in the first place because we needed something quickly. This location needs more training or something. This is not chick fil a standards.
