I normally enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this location really misses the mark. The service is extremely slow, the line barely moves, and the overall experience is frustrating. The employee working pickup had a noticeably rude attitude — lots of eye-rolling and zero customer care. If Chick-fil-A is supposed to be known for great service, this location should really consider hiring and training staff who actually reflect that standard.

Didn’t even get to eat the food so can’t rate it. Was in the drive thru, they had two lanes open and whoever was working the drive thru this morning was only taking orders off one side and never switched. I even ordered ahead on my app and didn’t get the opportunity to get my food because I was waiting for 10 minutes and had somewhere to be. No one ever even talked to me on the speaker. Never going back to this location again.

The staff washes all of their dishes with RAW chicken, it’s been going on since they opened and the owner and every manager is aware, Billy Hardy, the owners brother and manager, is the main one who allows it because he does it himself. The tea and LEMONADE dispensers are washed along with RAW chicken. The ICE CREAM machine pieces are washed with RAW chicken. The employees take out trash and use the same gloves to make sandwiches, ask ECOSURE, it was in a report. There is MOLD in EVERY ice bin and every ice scoop, ask to see it. Lemonade is made without gloves in a spot that has FLIES so bad, the health department visits weekly. Don’t bother ordering breakfast because the breakfast chicken is always EXPIRED by 1 or 2 days, they keep the old date labels on and change them if the health department comes. If you order ice cream and the taste is off, it’s because there’s CHEMICALS in it, other locations ice cream doesn’t taste the same as the Livonia location. The chemicals you taste in the ice cream or food is Kay-5 Sanitizer and or the Kay multipurpose cleaner. The reason the soda/pop tastes off, is because they don’t clean the nozzles properly so there is always BLACK MOLD built up. They cross-contaminate the bleach with the multipurpose cleaner. The hot coffee dispenser is never cleaned properly, you can find MOLD build up inside, but the coffee will taste like chemicals because they put cleaning solution in it and don’t rinse it before serving coffee. The iced coffee is always EXPIRED by 5 days+, they just change the label. The iced coffee syrups are always EXPIRED as well, the sugar free syrup is expired by 8 months, they just put a new date label over the original date whenever ECOSURE visits. The reason your chicken tastes RAW in the middle is because they attempt to thaw the RAW chicken in the dishwashing sink and prepare it before it has thawed.

I had an online order and went through drive through. I never received my Mac and cheese and tried contacting someone about it to get a refund for not receiving it and I never have heard anything back. I was told that a manager would reach out to me but it never happened. Also I came back and got food even though I never got refunded for the Mac and cheese I never received. When I showed up I had an online order that was already placed but when I arrived I was told that they ran out of power and they couldn’t make my meal and I would be refunded. No worries but I never received a refund for the food they couldn’t give me. Very frustrating

1st time EVER I got cold fries and an UNDONE SUPER THICK BREAST! I have been eating this for a long time down south and never had any issues. . Leave this to the south cuz this location was awful AND an absolute waste of $11.43.

I am annoyed, still hungry and wish I had my money back.

I did enjoy watching the birds demolish almost all of it
