Placed a large order for a birthday party online 45 minutes before pickup and paid online. Showed up and was told that the order had been cancelled even though our card had already been charged. Employees acted like it was my fault and didn’t believe me even though I showed them the email confirmation AND the charge showing on our credit card. Took 25 minutes for them to get authorization from a manager to give me my paid for food.
Served spoiled ribs, employees didn't know what they were doing. Black guy in kitchen didn't care. Will contact health department to pay a visit

This is the Chicken Shack, I remember. The manager seemed to be in total control. The staff was busy handling their business making orders. The food was excellent, well packaged, and fresh! I'm glad to see this location getting back to their roots. Great job, guys!
Sorry, but the last couple of times I got chicken. It smelled like the chicken was rotten.
